Very disappointed multiple times at this location. For some reason they are either insanely unaware or they are rationing their salsa, because this is the third time I have been given barely enough for one bite with my quesadilla. Once I paid an extra 99cents for a second cup, but instead of 2 salsas I got 0. It was door dash, so I didn’t bother to go up there. Maybe I should have complained the first time. If you think people don’t eat the salsa and are wasting it- just make it optional. But stop gypping people that want it and are spending $50 on lunch. We don’t have time to come back up there and make it right.

I live very close to this location and it’s the only reason I go here. Outside of the manager, the employees are pretty rude. This morning we walked in to pick up our order and the young lady working had AirPods in and didn’t say a word to us. Eventually someone from the back asked if we were picking up.Pretty rude to have AirPods in and not greet your customers. All in all - love tropical smoothie. This location isn’t the best experience.

The one star is because of bad business practices. We got 3 smoothies, but asked for the third to be split into 2 cups. I'm not bothered by the extra 50¢ to split the smoothie in half, but when the cups were so much smaller and only held 1/3 of the smoothie meaning only 2/3 were given to the customer. When we asked for another cup so we could have the total smoothie, one employee was willing to accommodate, but the other employee said, "No, we can't give you the extra smoothie." This guy obviously needed math help bc it wasn't extra; it was the final third of the whole. Someone needs to give these employees math tests before hiring them.

ordered two salads, both Beach Clubs....was not until I got home that I discovered that neither salad had any chicken on it. One salad had one small cheese crisp (normally 8-10) and one small slice of tomato. Other salad had no crisps and one tomato. I gave the store a second chance. My previous order of the same salad a few weeks ago had all the ingredients but much less than in the past. If you need to raise the prices, then do it...but cutting down on the amount of the ingredients or leaving the off completely does not cut it.

They have a solid team and make bomb smoothies just as you request them. In times like these it's impressive and heartwarming to see dedicated people who truly still believe in teamwork!

The smoothie was typical, of any tropical smoothie location. The consistency is why I'm a loyal customer. The smiles of the staff were highlight of the experience. I had a rough day the cashier was polite and friendly. The girl in the back of kitchen had a smile that was contagious. Will be back if I'm in the neighborhood again

Terrible customer service. I went in to purchase a gift card for my daughters bus driver (end of the year gift) because she likes tropical smoothie. They don't take credit cards for gift card purchases. Every other place in the world takes a credit card. Will never go back. There's another tropical smoothie at great neck and Virginia Beach Blvd. They will take a credit card. They just happen to be out of gift cards so I'm out of luck.
