My artistic waitress Shaylyn did everything in her power to make sure me and my friend and I were comfortable. The drinks were delicious and the food was great. The prices were affordable, and the food was in the top end. I would recommend this restaurant for first dates, hanging out with friends and after work decompression.

Great cocktail bar with amazing martinis and lots of other drinks. We always sit at the bar, it only has a few seats but a fun vibe. They have so many different tasty martinis, and classic cocktails. We have only ever got apps but they are good. The bar area is cooler than the dining area so we always try and sit in there. The service is always great and we always have a good time! Will be back for a cocktail and app!

This place is located at the Town Center, so I recommend using the parking garage to avoid getting a $20 ticket (2 hour sidewalk parking limit). The wait times at every restaurant we went to were about an hour, and we walked for about 30 mins trying to find one that wasn’t packed.We finally settled on this place; they still had seating upstairs. The atmosphere was cozy and made the 45 min wait bearable, but the reception was bad, and there's no wifi for guests. We ordered a few appetizers and drinks. We had blackened steak bites and blackened rockfish bites, fries, onion rings, and calamari (my first time trying them). The food was good, the drinks were tasty. I would go again, but when it gets warmer. **There is an automatic 18% gratuity added to the bill.**

My experience at Twist was a complete nightmare. food was horrible except for the French fries ..Terrible service . Music was trash I wanted to fall asleep.. NOT A BIRTHDAY VIBE AT ALLLLLL.

Five stars all around. My friend and I were there for several hours catching up so a lot of dishes and drinks were ordered. Everything was incredible. Our waitress was absolutely amazing! Honestly, just go there!!!

The cost and the food does not match up, you're paying for Town Center.The worst part is that they allowed a lady to bring her dog in there in a stroller, and it wasn't even a service dog.I don't know what the law is now but I guess people can do what they want and you can't say anything to them. SMH.If pay $169 for dinner I don't want to hear you're screaming kids and I don't want to look at your dog. Service dog 100% okay.BTW: Screaming Kid Comment was a general statement, this was not the case at TWIST!Added photo of full review, review does not show Service @5stars. Came in on a Saturday at 515 with my husband and was seated right away. Had a lavender lemon drop martini & Moscow mule with blackened steak bites to start. Steak bites were spicy but so good. I had the Amish airline chicken and hubs had the parm chicken. The chicken was soooo so good. Finished it off with the blackberry lemonade but it was a bit sweet. Honestly everything was so good & staff was so kind. Will be back. Spent about $175 on 5 drinks, an app & 2 entries.

First time I ever had gratuity automatically added when dining alone at a bar. I did not catch it until submitting an expense report. Now I am out the extra that I tipped. I will not be back!

I'm fine with it for a large party but not for a single customer. I tip better than 20% 95+ percent of the time. It's not the amount. To me it's sneaky because some people will not catch that and add on top of it. Plus, in my opinion, tipping is the customer's choice of how much, not the restaurant. I will not go back there because of it nor do I go to any restaurant that does this. They will be dropped from my list. It's too bad because I really enjoyed the taco's.I have lived here all my life. My wife and I eat out 4-5 times a week at different types of restaurants. The "norm" is NOT to add gratuity to the bill. Therefore, when I walk into a restaurant, I am not looking for a sign or the fine print on the bottom of the menu to suggest gratuity is added. If you believe it's the right thing to do, then be bold and add it to the top of your menu in bold so it's the first thing your customers see.I never said or suggested it was the restaurants job to pay the servers. In a round about way, you are paying your employees by doing this. You are just getting around the cost of doing so. I believe in the tip method because it promotes a higher level of service. Let's face it, the tip is about the service, not the food. If the server already knows they will get 18%, why work harder? And like I said, I seldom tip below 20% but will not tip 18% for horrible service. The restaurants I frequent, I seldom get horrible service though.Let's face it, food has already gone up a ridiculous amount so not sure what you mean by your comment about food going up 30%."not expect to compensate the server for their time." Did you not read what I wrote. I tip probably 25% on a regular basis.
