Atmosphere is a bit odd and the employees in general just stared at me but didn't greet me. I got a pick up order with 3 meals. I had to request basic condiments, such as, butter and jelly. And the woman handed me 3 jellies. So strange. She has no idea that I made an order to begin with and also forgot my juice. The food was delicious though!

My server Art was bubbly amazing and very friendly! Got our order right in! Food was great my chicken could have cooked a tad bit longer but was NOT undercooked... Cook guy was over thinking himself but did such an amazing job! The homeless guy that came in giving staff a hard time was uncalled for! Art was extremely polite and was not rude the gentleman called him racist but in NO manner was he! While he multitasked!!! What my guy such a great experience all around 100%!!!Parking: Easy to park and get back to main roadKid-friendliness: Waffles and sausage plus all options for waffles now!

One of the best waffle houses we've been to in the area. We went for dinner and our waitress was so kind. We got the all-star breakfast special, and it was absolutely divine. Can't wait to come back to this specific one.

it’s 4 am I walk into waffle house. I wasn’t greeted at all, in fact I stood at the counter for 5-8 mins while Denise a “gold star server” ignored me. Ever after looking in my direction occasionally she did not say one word to me. When she did address me she did not say hello, she did not apologize for making me wait she only asked dine in or carry out. At this point i’m irritated because 1.. I waited for several mins while not one of the 4 staff members greeted me as if I was invisible 2…Denise the “gold star server” spoke to me as if I was bothering her by even coming into waffle house to eat. Now I do understand that this is waffle house and not chick-fil-a however, as a patron I don’t ever want to be greeted with an attitude. I felt completely disrespected and if it wasn’t so late I would have walked out and went to different establishment. The lack of customer service displayed by denise and her coworkers was completely un acceptable
My husband and I like Waffle House and have been to many locations. We ate at the location on North Hampton in Virginia Beach twice this week as we were passing through to other destinations. Both times the food was really great. The cook there did an awesome job. Evan was our server on the first visit and Amanda took care of us today. Both were super friendly and on top of their job.
From the moment we entered we got greeted with kindness. We sat down and immediately were taken care of. Our server lasy was attentive, quick and fast. The food was good! The bacon was nice and crispy, the eggs tasted like REAL eggs. (Not like liquid eggs from a cart) the waffle was so moist and tasty as well. The hashbrowns were not dry and had a nice crisp to it. Genuinely enjoyed my first visit here.

I love love love me some waffle house!! As usual everything was Delicious and the service was great! I had 3 eggs scrambled, 3 slices of bacon and 2 sausage Patties. My husband had the all star as usual.I am from San Antonio TX and we do not have a waffle house so I take advantage every time I have to opportunity.
