This was the goto Wendy's in this area for us. Today, not so great FF were good enough but cold and certainly not fresh. T I is picture is the Son of baconator and costs 6.99. Just in case you can't tell by the Pic I weighed it and the sandwich weighed just shy of 4 Oz the whole sandwich.That's an expensive kids cheeseburger add bacon I guess.

This Wendy's location can get pretty busy at typical times but the staff is pleasant and pretty efficient so the wait isn't intolerable. The quality of the food is pretty good too. So far, no "old oil" tasting fries and the burgers are my go to over other places due to fresh taste, soft buns, fresh tasty toppings (I get the deluxe Jr cheeseburgers).

Tried to order in the drive thru at 11:15 in between job sites. Only take mobile orders until 11:30. Quite a stupid concept if you ask me. First the dynamic pricing idea now this? Atleast Hardee's across the street doesn't have that requirement. Not using an app while driving down the road to order my food.No issues with the workers there. It's not their fault. Just the managers and corporate people above them.

This location is so ghetto. The manager can't seem to calm herself enough to speak to customers in a respectful manner. She can't make a schedule or keep employees. They actually locked the doors and shut drive thru down and only accept mobile orders half the time. What is that?! It's a restaurant that existed before mobile orders even existed. It makes no sense to turn business away. She yelled at me for saying it made no sense then went off on others and called the cops while yelling racial slurs, then they refused to help her. It was madness. Calling corporate ASAP. Get her out!
Why isn't the lobby open at 1045am on a Friday? Sat in the drive thru behind some chain smoking plumber to talk to a woman that was cutting me off when I tried to make my order...food is as expected, just the atmosphere was lacking.

I drive to this Wendy's to get lunch vs. the Laskin rd one that's 3 minutes from me. There is much better lunch service, always hot and fresh. The manager lady is always very friendly to me and my crew when we come.

Whoever the female manager is, is extremely rude and very nasty when trying to discuss an issue with your order. Manager was very disrespectful as I was trying to ask a question about a mix up with a drink for my order. Was simply trying to understand if the dasher dropped my drink off elsewhere or if it was a simple mistake that I could come by and have fixed. Rude manager hung up twice.
