By far, my favorite pizza spot in VA. The deep dish with the garlic crust is fantastic and keeps me coming back time and again. Recently, I added the fried pickle spears to my order, and I think that will become a staple as well. Fast, friendly service, clean dining area, and excellent food. What more could you ask for?

Came in for pizza with my family, after 40 minutes waiting for my pizza i asked how much longer and was told 5 mins, 15 mins later we asked again and the server/ cashier said that she was busy and it’s been ready for 5 minutes so she will go get it. it came out and was literally the thinnest pizza i’ve ever seen , thinner than a frozen pizza. the fact that we waited an hour for a pizza that thin and for it to be cold was crazy so we just told the server at this point we’d just like to take it off please we’ve been waiting this long for a pizza this thin and cold. the server went out back to tell her manager and the entire restaurant could hear her SWEARING in the kitchen. she came out to our table aggressive and instantly started YELLING at us and arguing with us, we told her it was cold and she said we were wrong so we told her to touch it and she refused. she then told us we were lying about the time we waited- when we literally had proof of order time on our phone & were playing pool an hour ago after ordering. she picked up the pizza almost hitting me in my face and continued yelling at us, then went over the the only other table to apologize. never seen a manager yelling and swearing and treating patrons so unprofessionally i’m honestly speechless. i had an infant at the table and she was screaming at us. she will probably come back with a rude response like the other bad reviews on this place which also says enough lol. take your money elsewhere.

My husband , son, and I decided to drive a hour to get a rare Chicago deep dish that we heard was incredibly authentic in va beach. We were not disappointed! There is no words to describe how good the food and dessert was. We ordered a south side deep dish and tiramisu. The deep dish was beautiful and absolutely delicious! The tiramisu was to die for ! We enjoyed that with a cup of coffee. Do not sleep on this place. If you are from Chicago, you will feel like you are at home when you walk in and order something to eat!

Love, love that thing crust crispy pizza. The cheesy bread and the cookies and brownies are delicious. My husband is from Chicago and said his Italian Beef sandwich was the real deal. Staff was very friendly and polite. Give this place a try, your will be happy you did!

I always come here when i am in va beach. Ive eaten at some of the most well known pizza places in chicago and i feel windy city is right up there. This is the best pizza in the area by far. They always use fresh ingredients amd everything is homeade. I decided to try the italian beef sandwhich last time with my pizza and it was also exceptional. I have stopped her on numerous occasions and never pnce had a bad experience. If deep dish pizza is your favorite, i highly recommend trying windy city!

My pizza wasn't fully cooked and when I told the employee, she had a huge attitude and said "well what do you want me to do about it?" Ummm I want you to fix it because it's your job lady. Pretty sure she was the manager too. The place was pretty dirty also and the toilets disgusting. I'm never going back. They were just unnecessarily rude and bad at their job. The pizza wasn't even good after it was cooked longer. What a waste. Save your money for a better business.

I've been to Chicago a few times and after the first visit I fell in love with deep dish.The staff were extremely polite and knowledgeable. I called my order in for pick up. When I arrived they were welcoming and my order was ready. We ordered the Heart Attack and substituted beef with bacon. They do not skimp on the meats and cheese and my family enjoyed it very much. I know we'll be returning in the future.Please thank the staff and cooks for my first dinner of 2024 an enjoyable experience.

As close to Chicago authentic as I have found. They do toast the bread on Italian beef sandwiches, the Chicago dogs were good. The GF pizza crust was a bit overdone. The gyro sandwich was smaller than others I have had in the area. We have taken out and dined in.Dietary restrictions: They have GF options and will accommodate you.

Brought the entire workplace here for a lunch outing and everyone loved the pizza. I’m biased, but as a huge Cubs fan I couldn’t dislike this place if I tried. Some with our group have said that this pizza is better than the deep dish served in Chicago!
