They work on online orders faster than a walk-in customer. l think if you're that business, you should have enough employees scheduled during your busy time it's too much work for a manager and one employee.

I was at this location on 1/4/2024. I had to wait 30 minutes for a 10 piece wings and voodoo fries for my customer. I work in fast food so I know that we all have bad days. I also drive for door dash. I was there last night as a driver, and there was no sense of urgency. They talked about the drivers "that were just impatient and left". Maybe they don't understand every minute is income for us. I waited for the customers sake and it was just ridiculous how they handled business. Wings would come up and then fries were dropped. Not very busy if they were I would understand.

I order the 30 boneless, we got one Louisiana rub, that was way to salty, the hickory bbq was good, the the Hawaii sauce has a weird after taste it’s not sweet and spice like it states. The ranch dress for dipping was pretty much milk it was so watery. And the fries were super wet and soggy and very salty.
I am a little disappointed, I pre-ordered online for a specific time. I am grateful that I was able to show up 20 mins early, and it was ready, but it was cold which makes me question how good it would've been if I showed up right on time or if it was made right when I ordered it instead of close to my pick up time which was almost an hour in difference.

The only reason I’m giving them one star is because my food was fresh. My husband and I ordered the ten piece wing combo which came with a drink. I only received nine wings instead of ten and the drink tasted horrible. The fries were just okay. I ordered the Cajun wing flavor and they were way too spicy for me. They tasted more like hot wings. On top of that they gave me all drums and no flats. It was a total waste of $30. I definitely won’t be going back.

I came into this wing stop today November 10th. 6:00pm. All the employees are way too loud and cursing in front of customers. To many children behind the counter. I asked for crispy fries and the fries were soggy and room temperature. I asked for ranch and extra ranch. When I asked if they put ranch in the bag, the girl at the register “treasure”assured me there was ranch in the bag. Lied to my face. Horrible customer service. I know now to let everyone I know not to allow children to cook they’re food. Unprofessional and disgusting attitudes. When I called back and explained. She told me she would replace my fries and ranch. Again unprofessional. My family’s food would be cold by the time I got back. Never again will I eat from a trash bin bad by children.Have fun finding new jobs!!!!❤️❤️

The experience and atmosphere in the restaurant from the last time I ordered to now was a night and day difference. Mary is doing a wonderful job and was absolutely helpful and kind. The food was fresh and amazing.
