My daughter and I visited yesterday for the first time. There were so many choices of toppings and they all looked fresh and inviting. We both got froyo and also ordered a boba. The seating is really comfortable while you wait and the decor is very inviting. The worker was very friendly as well. I’m not always a fan of boba but theirs was very tasty and I couldn’t stop stealing sips from my daughter. This will be our new froyo place going forward.

Just want to shoutout their frozen yogurt cakes! I really wanted to support a local business for my birthday this year, but I wanted to get a cake under $30, especially because I only celebrated with my family. After some online searching, I found out Yo Mama has cakes! I've enjoyed ice cream cakes in the past, and I've enjoyed Yo Mama's frozen yogurt in the past, so I decided to give it a try! At the time of writing (3/2024), their frozen yogurt cakes are $25, and it came out to $27.88 with tax. You can pick two flavors to be layers on the cake. The flavor options they had available were taro, cake batter, vanilla, chocolate, coconut, mango, pineapple, and strawberry. They also told me I could pick either brownie pieces or pound cake for the middle of the cake and pirouline crumbs, sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, and mochi for the top of the cake. I opted for a mango and taro cake (I love both of those flavors), and told them they can choose what they think is best for the rest of the cake. Looking back, I kinda wish I requested for taro for the top layer because I love the color purple, but it's all good! It was absolutely delicious, and my family very much enjoyed it as well! Already thinking about getting a cake here again :)

I truly wish I could give this place a higher rating solely based on the delicious taste of their yogurt! With a wide array of flavors to choose from, I was excited to try. However, my experience was somewhat dampened by the stale toppings. It wasn't just the cookie dough; even the cookies and nuts seemed past their prime. Despite this, the ambiance of the place is charming and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends. I sincerely hope they address the freshness of their toppings because the service was great and yogurt too, and it has the potential to be a fantastic spot.

They have the best frozen yogurt and boba tea. The prices are unbeatable and are not astronomically high like other places.
My son loved this frozen yogurt!!!!! He is 7 years old and although he did drop his ice cream on the floor a great video or Skibidiy toilet and the workers gave him a free new cup!!!!! Loved the name “Yo Mama” is very creative?????
Danny was so easy to work with to make my daughter’s birthday cake dreams come true! We went in so that she could pick out the flavors she wanted and then texted Danny to get our order in. He was quick to respond every time I messaged and stayed in contact if he had questions regarding the order. Everyone loved the cake especially my daughter!

Wish I could leave no stars worse customer service. I brought my family from Florida here and the OWNER Helen was very rude she was staring at us and making us feel so uncomfortable. She made us feel as we were doing something wrong and as we walked in we all said hello and smiled and she just stared and didn’t say anything. The yogurt was also nasty it was so sweet and immediately made me feel sick. I will NEVER COME TO THE nasty place again.

Yo Mama froyo, Virginia Beach, VAI’ve been here before and didn’t get to appreciate it. It was good, but actually having a flavor you really can’t just get anywhere really is just a treasure. You can get chocolate anywhere. You can get vanilla anywhere. Taro, here is where you can get this amazing flavor. And Mango. I like taro much much more. All the toppings to satisfy your sweet teeth! I’m sticking with taro because it’s amazing.

Was pleasantly surprised by the vairety of the place, it's almost like an Asian-American mini mart infused with froyo.Super cute store, lots and lots of topping choices for froyo, more options than Sweet Frog and The Skinny Dip for sure. Upon walking in, you'll see they sell different kinds of ramen on the left and drinks. They also make cakes with froyo and sell pre-packaged cups of froyo in their fridge.Service was quiet but friendly, they seemed to enjoy working there. They were playing Bluey on the TV, as this store is clearly kid-friendly. Apparently if you guess the exact weight of your cup, you get it for free! Definitely would be back, next time I'll take a closer look at some other trinkets and plushies they sell too.Only one star off because I was a bit surprised at the price of my cup of froyo and my bf's milkshake but that's life!

OMG! This is hands-down the cleanest, yummiest froyo in all of Hampton Roads! The spread of toppings were all so appealing due to the meticulous care and pride taken to keep them fresh and their area clean. All three of us LOVED the tropical flavors on this hot July day: mango, pineapple, strawberry, pina colada! And the owner is so kind and takes such pride in the shop! Love, love, love! This is now our official froyo shop!

I love this place the owner keeps it very clean he has hand sanitizer and it’s super clean and he has a little play area for the kids that come in. He also has every topping that u can imagine
