The young lady working there was off her game for sure. My wife ordered a 10” pizza with bacon and she had to ask us 3 more times what we wanted. Then she almost messed it up and we had to stop her to fix it. I also ordered a Greek salad, paid for it, and it didn’t show up with our food or 5 minutes after. Asked for that and they forgot, but they eventually made it.On top of that, I ordered a signature pie. The hot honey pepperoni. Half the ingredients were missing. I can get messing up custom orders, but why advertise a pizza and not make it correctly when it’s ordered exactly the way it is on the menu?A little more training and clarity on promotions and this place could be decent.Went to leave a survey like the receipt says and even the survey site doesn’t work. Gets to the last page and won’t submit.

Your Pie has been one of my favorite pizza places for about 6+ years now. You have to like thin crust pizza. Which is good when I'm in the mood for it (I'm more of a deep dish girl, myself). But my husband and son, who are both gluten-free, LOVE the pizza here! My son can get his plain cheese pizza, and my hubby can load his up with veggies! I typically prefer the specialty pizzas like bbq chicken and such. The gelato is amazing, too! Definitely recommend!!

This place came highly recommend and I am conflicted on their pizza. We had 6 large 14" pizzas and two pies had burned crust. Good amount of toppings and marinara sauce is good, not sweet or hot to taste but a good tomato blend. Overall, I probably will try again but I definitely will check the crust before I leave the restaurant.

I wanted to really like this place but things just kept going wrong. Our pizza person must have been brand new...The pizza was made wrong and it took the person 15 minutes to make the one signature pizza. The staff also picked toppings off after pulling them out of the over before serving it. We watched them do it to our pizza and others. The kids cheese pizza's were burnt. All 4 pizza's weren't cut and had to be given back so we could even eat our pizza. My salad also came after we received all of our pizzas.In general it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. We probably won't come back and I'm making sure to tell friends and family to go at their own risk.

My 1st time in this store.Around noon on 13 July 2023.The sweet tea was extremely old and bitter. When our pizza arrived it was literally burnt. Black on the edges and the bottom. I was extremely disappointed ?

The Pizza is as good as the Chef makes it out to be. AMAZING! In this case my pizza Chef Tim made this an experience that I won't forget! I tried the Nats pizza and for my wife the pesto pizza and it did not disappoint. The perfect blend of fresh and savory to the true flavor of a delicious bake. Tim is an expert at his craft being a pizza Chef for years and putting smiles on people's faces while doing it, true service with a smile. Ask him to create you a one of a kind pizza and it will blow you away! Don't forget to try the in house ranch either! Sure like the other reviews say it is a wait time but with fresh dough, toppings, ingredients, and cooked on the spot made to order what do you expect! Overall this spot will be my go to for when i'm looking to a sit down and enjoy a delicately crafted pizza with a burst of flavors.

I knew about this place from a while back, though my mom, haven't had a chance to come back since.while in hilltop saw this place and remember that it was a good experience so I took my wife here and she loved it!we've already been here twice and have made this our place to go on Fridays.staff is friendly, great selection of toppings, REALLY appreciate the fact they have wheat dough. The website does a good job of letting you know how much the calories are going to be when you make "Your Pie" so you can adjustments as you see fitWe will be back

Just wasted nearly 2 hours placing an online order, driving to the restaurant, arriving at the restaurant, waiting in line for 15 mins, and then being told, "we have not made your pizza's yet" and it would be another estimated 30 mins to get the pizza prepped, cooked and ready for take out. Come on, realize finding and retaining employees is difficult, but at least provide more than ONE person to work your store. 1st time to Your Pie is the last time. Still seeking a refund as offered at the time of writing. Order #90764340.

Great experience last night! Had a delicious buffalo chicken pizza, service was great and very attentive. James really knew what he was doing! And love their ranch!! Definitely will come back soon.
Our family dined at this location weekly when it first opened. It was our daughter’s favorite spot. Over the past year we felt the quality wasn’t there. However, we stopped in the other day and had a fantastic experience with yummy pie. Thank you for all your hard work!

I hadn't been in recently and decided to try Your Pie last week. It was amazing. Nate was so friendly making my pizza and even helped me make my topping selections. I could add on anything I wanted. Crust was cooked perfectly. It as so yummy. Will definitely return there each week and try different toppings. So many choices.

Welcome to you're new pizza place! Create your own is the popular choice to have but I Eagerly tried the #5 Hot Honey Pepperoni and I was not disappointed. Friendly staff made for a wonderful experience for my first time here and atmosphere that invites you back to enjoy drinks, Gelato, and kid's menu options as well. Crispy sizzle of the pizza as it leaves the open fire oven delivered right to my table with the aroma having my mouth water. I can't wait for another visit to try more, definitely a must try for the avid pizza lover, create your own or choose from their signature pies but don't forget to sign up for the rewards program because your next visit you will receive a free 10" pizza.

I ordered online for curbside pickup & it never went through. The girl who answered he phone wasn't helpful when I got to the restaurant for pick-up. She then sent another worker to get my order. He was nice & helpful, but they were out of two toppings...onions & mushrooms...pretty basic toppings. The guy said they don't have a manager now...it shows! The girl brought out my food and didn't even speak to me! She just handed me my food through my window. I hope the gut gets my tip I left online. She gave the worst customer service. The side ceasar salad barely had cheese & no croutons. The soda machine must need to be changed/cleaned something. The Sprite & Dr. Pepper were both terrible. My pizza could have been cooked a little bit longer. This wasn't a good meal all the way around.
