Ordered philly cheesesteaks extra mayo to go. Ended up with only the mayo no toppings. Meat also tasted off...won't try this branch again

My sub was not made like I asked. I have absolutely no lettuce, the condiments I asked for are not with the sub. I placed an order with 2 subs and BOTH of them BARELY have anything on them. 22.00 almost and this is what I'm served. I will NEVER return to thus location. Ontop of when I asked for a menu to see what was on the subs there was not one available for me to make an accurate choice. I would have gone back and returned these if I don't live 30min away from this location.

I will never go to this Zeros again...only put ham on my grinder...I took maybe 4 bites before I realized it was not the Zeros grinder I know & love...they could have cared less when asked them why the other ingredients were missing & accused me of eating the missing meats in the 4 bites I took... didn't even eat half my sandwich & wouldn't give me a refund or try to fix it...this location sucks & was also dirty. No wonder they had no business...go to the Oceanfront location

I don’t know when the zeros changed management but ever since then the food quality has gone down.Just a Grinder and I swear it was disgusting. It tasted like all it had was lettuce and onion. I didn’t see any cheese or tomato. I’m done with the store.

The best tasting subs without any doubt. Pricey for subs though, but everything is ridiculous in the current economy.

I love zeros, but this one is disgusting. On a sunday around lunch time there was 1 girl behind the counter. They were out of lettuce(the girl was very apologetic)- which isn’t a big deal, but it’s a sandwich shop. I got a combo for around $17. I didn’t see any red flags until I went to the soda machine. There was mold all in the bottom of the machine, hair all over the faceplates and it was the nasty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I got a drink and my food, and just left. When I got to my car I poured the drink out because I was too sketched out that I’d catch something if I drank it. I went to dollar tree and grabbed a water, got back in my car and couldn’t bring myself to actually eat the sandwich because if the drink machine looked like that- I’m scared of what the equipment behind the counter looks like. I did see 2 employees walking back to zeros with lettuce from Walmart, but they were walking so slow with no urgency. Seems like the kids working need a chaperone.

I’ve been to this ZEROS 6 times and three of those times were horrible. The other three were just OK. Today we went in and ordered a $13 roast beef sub. There was one tiny thin piece of roast beef on each half of the sub. You literally could see through it. When we asked the young lady at the counter if that’s all that comes on it, she said it comes pre-rolled, and that’s how they’re made. Take my word for it, If you want a good sub, go to the one on Holland Road in Virginia Beach. We won’t be going back to the one at Strawbridge ever again. We are tired of wasting our money. And then I asked him if the owner of the Strawbridge zero’s isn’t going to do any better than this, it’s a shame!

The subs were ok tasting but thin and not filled to the ends of the bread. Not sure if they ran out of meat or what, but 1.5 inches from the ends was all bread. That is 3 inches of empty sub!The place is really old and dingy on the inside but takeout was fast enough and the kids were polite and friendly.
