This was my first time trying out Zeros Subs. I went around 5pm today. The young man who took my order was very polite and made me feel welcome. The entire atmosphere was relaxed and all the employees were kind and very helpful. They also have nugget ice, so its a win right there within itself! Cheap, good food and wonderful service! Will be visiting again soon!!

Was my first time at any of their locations. Customer service was stellar. They took the time to describe half of the menu to me in detail before I ordered my sandwich. Ordered a full size Jersey Italian Monster with mayo & mustard. He recommended keeping the cold bits (lettuce, tomatoes, etc) off until after it was toasted. Great advice and the sandwich was delicious and a solid meal. Great bread and great meats inside. They game me a punch card and I'll put it to good use. Thanks for a great first visit!

Last night, around 7:30pm my wife and I stopped by and ordered a 1/2 Philly and 2 full Phillies. When we got home and opened our subs all three sub rolls were burnt. Couldn’t call back last night because they were closed. Called just 20 minutes ago to explain we couldn’t eat any of the bread because it was burnt. The manager said “sorry boss there’s nothing we can do” and hung up. We spent $37.86 at this location last night at this Zero’s. I guess Zero’s is not the place to get subs anymore.

We've had subs here many times. They are friendly and the service is prompt. Zeros is my absolute favorite sub place here in Virginia Beach. They have so many great options, including a vegetarian sub. They never burn the bread. Our family favorite is the Grinder. The dining area is small, but clean.Vegetarian options: Cosmo vegetarian sub and the Deluxe Vegetarian sub.
