This place deserves more visitors!The hubs and I "stumbled" upon this brewery and decided to stop so that our pup could get a break from the car. We were pleasantly surprised with the beers offered. I tried a flight and really liked all but one, which is unusual for me to like so many. The second time we went, they had new options, and again, they were surprisingly good.This place has seating inside and out, and live music. It's nothing fancy, but the owner is still trying to get the area put together. The venue reminds me of 6 Bears and A Goat (without the frisbee golf), rather than a hip joint like OBH, or a large place like the Farm Brewery. But if you go for the beer, you should give this place a try.

I feel like they could do so much more with this place. Just doesn't seem to be reaching its potential.The beer is pretty good on average. The traditional styles are better than the more variant styles. For instance, their dortmunder lager was very good but the pale ale was terrible. It's not even a pale ale by definition.The bar doesn't have any seating which I thought was kind of strange. There's a rail that goes along the side where you can sit however. There could also be a lot more outdoor seating. There could be TVs or other entertainment options. It has so much unrealized potential.

Really great beer. Large wide open spaces inside and out. Nice folks, great atmosphere. Seriously, it's really great beer! The flavors and complexity of each brew are top notch.

Great beer, family and dog friendly environment, friendly and helpful service from the staff. Set in a beautiful spot back in the woods. They have some great food trucks come through as well.

Very cool brewery on a dead end road. It was a beautiful farm with a delicious imperial stout, 'Nana's Morning Cup' with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top! Very great place to relax and have a beer outside on the porch.

Awesome small farm brewery. I found this place on the way back from Virginia Beach. I’ve been here twice now.The beer selection is decent and beer pretty good. The brewing operations and two room are all under the same roof behind the bar so you see everything.Very friendly staff as well. Plenty of gravel parking and outside seating on nice days.
