The Food was amazing! Service great for counter service and employees all seemed positive and engaging! My one huge issue there’s a fake floral spice smell that covers the dining area! Please it really ruins the dinning in experience! If there’s heavy air fresheners or plug ins let’s say they don’t mix well with pizza! That authentic fresh baked pizza smell should be what surrounds people while eating! As is I likely won’t eat in again..sadly it’s got a cool vibe!...read full review
Let me start off this review by saying I grew up in walking distance to the New York State line in northeastern Pennsylvania. Pizza is way of life in the tri-state area. Since moving to Virginia in 2009, I have never found a real, true, New York style pizza place that truly understood how to make real honest to God New York style pizza.I tried Spitony’s for the first time today, and can honestly say this is the closest if not spot on New York style pizza I have had in Virginia....read full review

I grew up on Spitoney’s and am pushing 48 now. It is the slice I judge all others against. Sausage mushroom and pepperoni is my go to pie. And the cheeseburger sub with grilled onions is always on point. Nothing fancy, but always great food and service and it feels like home. When did you last walk into place and find the owner working the flat top or the register? Bill and family are good people.
