Starbucks in Waynesboro did me a solid, after I spilled my entire coffee at the doctors office. I went back and they just made me brand new and had no charge. Thank you so much for the great service.

Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to me when I am not working. It’s so inconsistent. I either receive a cup of milk , not the espresso that I ask for or the extras I that I pay for! I order the exact same drink at every Starbucks I go to. $9.32 (at this location) for a drink that you cannot drink. Use to be the best one around not sure what’s happened!

First tried giving me the wrong order and then rolled their eyes when I nicely reminded her that I had a mobile order. Maybe someone is training, but not ideal for a Saturday. I’ve worked as a barista before, I get it’s stressful and people can be annoying - but it’s a job. The attitude isn’t needed.
