Went thru the drive thru at 10pm and was told they were closed. The website states drive thru is open until midnight. There were two big events in this area that just ended. Hmmmm????

This McDonald's is a mess. Every time I go there I have problems with my order. There is one lady that works there she is a little older than most of the staff. She is wonderful. If a she ever leaves this McDonald's then you should close their doors for good.

Stopped for breakfast, and they had no orange juice, no lattes of any flavor, so I went out on a limb for Dr. Pepper. Out of Dr. Pepper too. I was surprised they had mcmuffins!
Only when certain people work there is it better than okay. Most of the time either my order is wrong or they forget something that I ordered.Update 2-4-24: went in for breakfast with my mother ordered a decent sized order I order extra to take home and heat up for dinner before heading to nightshifts. Had ordered the breakfast menu options and the pancakes were cool to the touch the food I ordered came out in different increments first the food then finally the iced coffees and the smoothie we ordered for my mother came out after we finished the meal even though they saw me up there 4 times to get my food that they gave to me in small increments didn't even give me the full meal until it was time to go and had to wait for the smoothie. Then when we got the smoothie it wasn't blended properly and the smoothie was less than to be desirable for we simple fact is was mostly ice and hardly strawberry banana flavor at all. Honestly when they first started everything was good after the renovation they had the food service steadily went down hill. If you want expensive food like what they are charging now but better tastes and friendlier service you are better off spending the extra at the pie lady. I wish I had spent my money there instead of here today and will not be going to this location unless truly desperate.

This place is terrible. The employees just play all the time and hang out. Service is terrible, orders are wrong, food is old. The night Manager has no control of the employees and honestly just wants to hang with them and be liked.

It wouldn't be too bad if the attitude of a couple people changed or fired and replaced.. Customer service sucks because of how they treat people. I'm a mystery shopper when working.. For example I was getting over a respiratory infection which put me out of working for couple weeks. I decided instead of cooking I took my daughter and boyfriend out for dinner first time being out after feeling little bit better now I know people get sick I'm not saying anything on that now on this day I used the screen ordered my meal for my family I heard a lady with red hair coughing and I can see through the slats that she didn't cover her mouth well she walked over asked did I need cups for my order I said yes as she was handing them to me I grab them but I asked did you wash your hands her way of reply is no walked away to another employee mouthing off. Well I still stood there while the "group" decides to talk and the lady proceeds to be nasty coughing not covering her mouth. Now I used to manage a resturant and I'm very big on customer service they pay your paycheck and presenting them with respect whether right or wrong if it was me she would've walked fired I don't put up with it plus rudeness attitude mouthy from an employee from a company shows the images they service. Normally I would have had paperwork on me but like i said I was out with family the one night after getting over being sick... My question is this, is this the service y'all like showing? Foods good needs a little attention in lobby but couple of your employees needs new training on customer service or FIRED... Services from employees symbolize the company integrity which in turns great customer service is great in more money spent and keeps them coming back for more.YOU DECIDE.......Hope this will help improve customer serviceWheelchair accessibility: It's ok
