I can't understand the ratings on Yelp for Asian Grill(4.2) . I'm not sure which was worse, the food or the service. My elderly Mother and I ate there last Monday evening and the restaurant was empty at 6 PM. That scared me and I soon found out why. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and my Mom ordered the chicken chow mein. I found my sweet and sour chicken deep fried and watery. My Mom actually liked her Chicken Chow Mein with (watery chicken and deep fried noodles). Apparently, she hasn't eaten real Chinese food. They also charged my Mom $9 for a single spring roll. When it came time for the check they took my Mother's credit card and ran an additional charge of $38 which they still haven't credited back yet, despite my calls last week. I guess they took us for naive , white tourists. Springfield deserves better than this!

When we don't want to cook this is our go to. The staff, owners are as great as the food...so friendly! The brussel sprouts are amazing...as is the tofu garlic sauce. My husband loves the egg rolls and general tso's chicken. Food is fresh and delicious!

If it were just for the food, I'd give 4 or 5 stars -- the items I've ordered have been quite tasty. The problem is the online ordering menu. It used to have a separate section for sides and extras (which mostly worked), but now those are embedded under the entrees, which works for, say, sauce choice but not for extras. Now, if I want an extra order of rice, I am unlikely to get it, but I'll still get charged. The reason is that on the ticket that is printed for the kitchen, it doesn't say EXTRA, just says "[size] RICE". When picking up in person, it's easy to check the order and get it corrected; you can show that you were charged on the receipt. Doesn't work for delivery. Fix this and get more stars.

Tried calling in a pick up order on a Thursday evening and the woman answered and as I was talking she said no and hung up. It was so rude.

I have had the food from Asian Grill at my cousins house before, but we would always got it to go. The other night we had time to eat at the restaurant. The food is always very good, and eating in with the lovely staff and the atmosphere made the food even better. On my next trip in I will take pictures of the food. The three of us had appetizers, drinks, and main course.

We went during lunch and it was perfect since there wasn’t a lot of people so we were tended to immediately. They put us a nice big table and took our drink order. We ordered wings and dragon wings!!! The Dragon wings are fire! So delicious and crunchy but saucy. Not too spicy and just right. The fried wings were so nice a crunchy and full of flavor. They brought us this lemon concoction to clean our hands with after the dragon wings that definitely to the job. For the main meal we ordered the triple delight with white rice and a side of combination fried rice. All in all if was super good I highly recommend. We will be making it our regular spot from now on.Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free menu

Absolutely my favorite restaurant ever! The food is superlative, and the service is excellent! Crispy beef is my favorite, and their lamb chops are the best I've ever had.
Best Chinese food around! My family and I have been going here for years- back to when it was fantasy garden! I moved away and haven’t been able to find anything close to this place. Worth the 1 hour round trip to pick it up. It might be a bit more expensive than other places but it 100% worth it.

Some days you just have to eat Chinese, I was craving fried rice... I decided to order combination fried rice it was delicious. I also grabbed chicken lo mein for my daughter she enjoyed it as well. We did a take out it was fast and was ready on time. This is one of the places that I like around here. You should give it a try. Sorry no pictures this time as I was really hungry!
