I was just treated terribly by an employee at this Chipotle, it's 6:25 pm today, April 25th. He yelled at me just because I was telling him what I wanted on my plate. Then I complained to the manager named Josue Quintanilla, another rude and spoiled guy, and he said he would talk to him. I asked him to give me the name of the worker who disrespected me, but he didn't want to give me the name. The worker's description is a 22-year-old guy with lots of tattoos on his arm, speaks Spanish and English, and looks like a mix of Afro and Hispanic. He really should work in a mechanic shop and not in a restaurant. And the manager was a total disappointment because he didn't address my complaint. I will never go back to this Chipotle again.

I feel like this location is the reason I tell people I’m not a big fan of chipotle. I typically order carry-out or delivery and there’s always something missing, whether it’s a drink, tortilla, or an entire bowl/burrito. Ingredients are never as fresh as I hope, skimped portions sizes, and lack of taste. Can never contact the store so always have to go through the website to resolve issues.

I showed up at 9:30pm on a Saturday (they close at 11). Every single chair was flipped up on the counters like it was closed. So no option to sit down.My white rice was super mushy & overcooked, the guac had huge chunks of jalapeño and soo much more lime than normal. I was told there was no more pico (even tho I watched them add pico to an order on the online order station). Overall lacking quality control and management at this location. I should have read the reviews.

Online order I got there and ask the team member nicely if I could have my order since I see it and the old guy answered with a loud tone voice CAN I FINISH BAGING FIRST!! excuse me that’s so unprofessional I understand he is busy but why they don’t put the food on the space they have there for customers to grab it by itself then if he is gonna be annoyed by customers asking him their food and the worse part it pisses me is that at the end he help the other customers that was after me next time I would go but I will be prepared with my cámara to record and call the corporate!
