Fast food chicken is good but location can be hard to get in and out of during high traffic periods.

Came here and put in a mobile order. The guy at the counter asked my name. He then told me they were working on it. They then served ten customers before me. I had to remind them of my order, and when I got it, my food was cold because it was sitting there on the counter the whole time. I waited 20 minutes for food that was probably done a long time ago.

Girlfriend and I ordered a family meal and they had to make new tenders for our order and it was already kinda busy. When we left we realized we didn’t have the mashed potatoes so we called and they were apologizing and asked how they could get it to us. We stopped by again and they were absolutely amazing, Chris helped me out and said they ran to try to catch us as we left. Always a great place to stop by after work, both the people and the food are always perfect!

Avoid + Seek Chicken Sandwiches Elsewhere! --- > Ordered online, paid in advance + gave plenty of time for them to fulfill order ... yet was snubbed + given cold shoulder upon showing up and presenting receipt to their employees in store ... Was told that my order was never filled and I'd have to re-enter line/re-order (Effectively: Re-enter the queue!) . ... Staff / mgmt come off as lazy, apathetic and illogical. ... Just not the same consistent, consumer-first-focused brand it used to be --> Quality and customer svc have taken a nosedive. Will seek alternatives in future.

Super slow. And the manager there needs to groom those nails. Hygiene is a huge part of working with food/beverage.

4PM on 2/17/2024, stopped to pick up two 3 piece chicken dinners, 1 side was red beans and rice and the other was Mac and Cheese. 3 min drive home and the chicken wasn't hot, the side dish portions were only half filled and the Mac and Cheese was "crusted" over. The cheese looked and tasted days old. I couldn't even eat it. Not to mention the $27.20 price for 2 take out chicken dinners was outrageous. We've experienced poor food quality from this particular Popeyes before and now we've learned our lesson.

I had lunch delivered and only half of what I ordered was delivered. I tried to call but after three rings it went to busy signal. I went back the next day and asked for a refund for the food that was not delivered and they refused.

This location is a scam. They routinely do not add the food you paid for in your bag and you should always double check. Then they also cannot give cups for water to paying customers. So instead of a cup for water, they give me 5 pieces of ice in a side container.Inspiring. Service and experience so fúcking abysmal I almost can't even be mad.Congratulations. Really doing your best.

Terrible customer service. They don't give out water cups and the restroom has forever been out of service. Go to another Popeyes location. Management here doesn't care about customers.

Though I don't live in this area anymore, I still love to come to this location. Their service is excellent. Never get old fried chicken. Always fresh as it should. Bought Popeyes Cajun-Style Turkey for the first time for Thanksgiving. They explained to me how to process ane reheat and serve this Turkey nicely. Provided instruction paper. And it came out good. Thank you.

I just got 10 pieces spicy chicken and 3 chicken sandwiches. Most of the chicken, if not all, were old and dry that they were hard to chew. I am not sure how old the food was or how many times they refried old chicken. I would not believe these were cooked today for sure. It was very disappointing. I would go another branch if I were you.

Probably the worst popeyes i've ever been to my life. Save yourself and avoid this one. Go to the one in Springfield Plaza instead.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers a flavorful and unique take on fast food with its signature New Orleans-style fried chicken. The crispy, well-seasoned chicken is undoubtedly the star of the menu, showcasing a perfect blend of spices that sets it apart from other fast-food chains. Alongside the delicious chicken, their array of sides, such as the iconic Cajun fries, red beans and rice, and flaky biscuits, contribute to a hearty and satisfying meal. While the focus is on the chicken, Popeyes also offers a selection of seafood options, sandwiches, and wraps, providing something for everyone. The menu variety, combined with their bold flavors, captures the essence of Louisiana cuisine. However, some locations may struggle with consistency in food quality and service speed during peak hours. Additionally, the limited healthy options might be a concern for health-conscious customers. In the end, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a go-to spot for indulging in comfort food that bursts with authentic Southern flavors. If you're seeking a fast-food experience with a zesty twist, Popeyes is worth a visit.
