The Annie Pretzel in Williamsburg outlet mall has the worst service the website said they were a open until 9 and I walked in the door at 831 and they said they were closed I said the website said they closed at 9 and they said no we close at 830 I was 1 minute passed and they would not help me and they had a lot of pretzels baked in the display counter I feel they could have sold me what they had I hope they don’t try and sell them tomorrow I wil make sure I let people know the terrible service your store in Williamsburg has

Unfortunately my last pretzel was too buttery and way too much cinnamon. Couldn’t finish it. Got tired of eating it bc of that. However, super friendly young lady cashier and they will help with allergy concern. Thank you.

The pretzels are good but the workers move like sloths, no sense of urgency even when they have an enormous line. Quality food, but they can do better.

Every time I go to Williamsburg I have to stop by Auntie Annie's to get the mini pretzels they're the best. What I didn't like about the experience was the young lady took my money out of my hand but when it was time to give me my change the young man put my receipt and my money on the counter as if he didn't want to touch my hand .I was very offended by this. I've never had this to happen at this establishment before. I

Love the pretzels, but their times are way off on here. Went at 8:30 and they were closed despite the times listed on here. Update your Google map times so people don't drive all the way out just to be extremely disappointed
