Nice little restaurant in a good location. The employees were very friendly and helpful. all I saw on the menu were double burgers, and I asked if there was any way to get just a single burger. The very friendly gentleman there assured me I could get whatever I wanted. And the burger was very good as were the fries. I was really hoping for some unsweet iced tea though, and the only way they had it was in a bottle. They were having issues with their Coke machine, so had a limited selection of drinks.

Alex was incredible! Handled a 16 top by himself and one other, along with that he fixed the ice-cream machine and helped serve all the costumers! 10/10

Love burgerfi when I travel to the east coast but this was the most disgusting location I've ever been to. Floor was sticky, both drink machines broken, napkin holders empty, ketchup machine had weird goop sticking out. Over all dirty place. Not the Burgerfi experience I'm used

I was excited to try this place because I had heard their fries were really good. We stood there for a few minutes looking the menu over and no one came to check on us. Then we waited at least another 5 minutes with no one coming to the front. They had a self-service kiosk but we had questions we wanted to ask a person. They had no bell to get their attention and were obviously not paying attention to the front end at 5 pm. We won't be back to try them.

This place was highly recommended by my family. We showed up at 5pm and no one was behind the counter to answer a simple question. There was just a kiosk to place orders. I cannot speak of the food quality. We waited 5 minutes and no one came out, so we left. I have young children, we cannot wait for slow service. Other customers left behind us!

Closed on Mondays. The actual store says "open daily." And Google says they should be open. Don't go on mondays.Edit: placed an order to be picked up at 3:45. Didn't get it till 4:00. One other customer in there with 4 employees. I don't understand the reason for the pick up time if it is not ready then.

I am so disappointed ?....I must say the African American woman with the black t-shirt at the grill (possible supervisor) is unprofessional to the lowest. This lady was yelling at one of the workers so loud and disrespectful that all customers stop to observe. This lady just continued to yell at staff as if they was kids truly unbelievable. If she is indeed the supervisor that is sad to see someone abuse power like this. I'm a customer service director and I was truly disgusted to witness this I left the restaurant. That individual definitely doesn't need to be in a leadership position at all. This scene was almost close to witnessing a fight or something but was not a high standard for this restaurant. Will not be visiting this place again completely terrible.
