The disrespect towards my supervisor was uncalled for and rude! We order a pepperoni pizza with buffalo wings. We had it delivered to our job and when we got it..it looked old. The type of old when you already cooked it and somebody didn't pick it up so you put it back so it can stay warm and it's truly not fresh. Yep that type of old. We called and explain that we are at work and just got our food and its look an tasted old. We showed them a pic and The manager proceeds to say " Oh it looks fine to us, so it's not we can do" Wow!! Seriously! What type of customer service is this?! We never had an issue until yesterday! The worse! This place needs hire a new staff! ??????'

I ordered bread bites, 3 pizzas, and 3 sauces online. I arrived at the specified time to pick up and the screen in store said my order was ready, however they had missed an entire pizza in my order so I had to wait with the rest of my order an additional fifteen minutes. When I got home they had forgotten the sauces. Such a subpar experience, I will be sure to take my patronage to a different dominos in the future.

O my god is this domino’s !!!!! Yesterday I attended this branch and I ordered 12” vegetable pizza for my guest . We were all together 4 people. Our guest started to eat the pizza and suddenly I found that there were pork on our pizza . And we stopped eating as we are Muslim and we don’t eat pork . I went to counter and told the (black T-shirt ) lady hey I think you made a mistake,I ordered vegetable pizza but you used pork . Afterwards, her behaviour was like a hell . She started showing attitude and started screaming at me when I said you should say sorry and remake it . She said she can not remake it , she returned my money back . I don’t know what happened to domino’s? That’s how they handle their customers?Your employees making mistake and instead of saying sorry, they are shouting at your customers, treating like a hell and threatening for calling 911 ? I am student of W&M and I am gonna tell my friends about this incident. I don’t think they are gonna attend this store anymore . Please train your employees first, about how to serve and behave with your customer . The service was 0/10 .

We often order from this location and normally my order is great but this last delivery was not2 out of my 3 pies were messed up. 1 of them was burnt (the thin crust was burnt) and the cheese on my handmade pan stuck to the top of my box. I had to add cheese and sauce to revive it. I was very disappointed.
Online, I ordered two chicken carbonara pastas and thin crust chicken & spinach pizza as well as brownies. Employee called to say they had no brownies and I needed to order something to swap. I selected the lava cakes. The chicken carbonara pasta had NO CHICKEN pieces. Just bits of bacon and mushroom and maybe tiny amount of onion. Unfortunately the pasta wasn’t eaten the night of the order so the ‘complaint window’ expired. I thought I was crazy so I looked up the ingredients list on the domino’s website and YES I was jipped. Some pasta was dried out too. Disappointed this time with Domino’s pizza on Richmond Rd.

When you call, even when they answer the phone, they will leave you on hold for 10+ minutes before you ever actually talk to someone. Please get more staff if you're gonna charge $20 for a pizza...

I got this email from dominos for an emergency pizza. I went through the steps to get it and I go to purchase it and it says 'don't meet the $16 requirements to deliver. I was going to tip them. They can take the emergency pizza and give it to someone else. I'm done with Dominos.

I wish I could give no stars for this establishment. I have worked in the food industry and I can't even fathom the idea of it running as ghetto as this place. This is the second time I've ordered from here and the food they sent out is embarrassing. Not only that, the employees are an embarrassment to the company for how they are operating the store by answering the phone saying "hold" and just attitudes and more. My guess is, that they don't care because being in a high tourist area that nobody will care enough to complain. There are plenty of people I'm sure in this area more deserving of a job who will do it correctly.

I know it was a Saturday night but one of our pizzas was not all the way cooked. It was a thin crust and have had plenty of thin crusts from Dominos so I know they are usually cooked more. Also all of our pizzas were not cut well. Again, I get it's a Saturday night and I am sure it's busy but make sure to cook the pizza's all the way and cut them all the way!
