I hadn’t been here in a few years and WOW!! It threw me for a loop. El Sabrason is one of the few restaurants in Williamsburg that offers pupusas the last time I had them they were small and dry…THIS TIME however!!! They got slightly bigger and greasier and if you know anything about pupusas you know the greasier the better. I don’t know if they changed cooks or what but I have been going there more often because their pupusas are so good and their food is amazing. I just tried their pineapple, chicken sandwich today and I know it sounds weird but it tasted amazing!! And the sandwich was really big! I split mine with my husband and kid.

I am appalled at how rude these people are in the market. Was so excited to find a store here but never will I return. If u have amazing food and no customer service, your business will not last. If u have mediocre food with outstanding customer service, your business will be around for good. B kind to people.

This place rocks, best and most authentic El Salvadoran food anywhere on the Peninsula. Staff is friendly. If you enjoy amazing, authentic South American food, DO NOT MISS El Sabrason. I come here all the time!

Food was bland. Red beef Enchiladas were dry with hardly any sauce. Asked for sauce on the side and they brought me red water. Disgusting! The lady waitress was short and rude. Not pleasant at all.Maybe I went on a bad day but the whole experience was horrible!

Good food and prices are fair. Customer service leave ls a lot to desire since it's only 1 waitress the whole time. I'd you're willing yo wait then you'll be good.

I went to this place to pick up a Doordash horrible experience. The place was full of smoke dirty tables all over the place and unfriendly staff. Upon arrival, I stood around looking for someone who could help me and saw no one for at least 10 min. When someone finally came around I asked them how long my order would be and she just glared at me said nothing and walked off. This was rude and totally unacceptable. I promptly canceled my doordash and left. Woman working there should be fired she has zero customer serviceskills. If you doordash do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost.

I travel for work and eat all over the East Coast. This is by far the most tasteless Mexican cuisine I have had.

I wish i was lying when i said this but this is by far the worst restaurant in Williamsburg! I ordered two sides or chicharrones and got the portion of one. I was charged $10. When i seen how little i was given i asked for a refund from the lady at the bar and was met with an attitude. The chicharrones was the only reason i came and ordered the food i did so i returned the rest after seeing her reaction. Horrible customer service, she snatched the food and threw the money on the counter after acting like she didn't understand what i was saying. They need to do better with advertising portions. Also booths and floors were dirty! Would not recommend eating here to anyone.
