Well first off impression- not impressed. Not a lot of people in the parking lot. Outside is extremely old and worn out. Everything looked very ghetto. Went inside and it smelled like cigarettes. Waited for 5 minutes to be seated and no one came over and there was another couple who had been waiting there for idk long but there was plenty of tables open. Like 5 cooks in the back but only 2 waitresses. The cooks were all in the back just talking and I saw one on his phone. Just visibly texting… so I just decided to leave. Didn’t seem very sanitary. I had my family here from out of town so definitely don’t recommend this ihop.

Literally saw a cockroach crawling up the wall next to me. We didn't order and left. ?
This IHOP looked like it was in great shape, and had been renovated recently. Our server was friendly and attentive. I ordered a thing of flavored pancakes, while my mother got French toast. We both really enjoyed our breakfast. The menu has plenty of variety, so you should have no problem finding something for everyone.

I ordered the Big Steak Omelette, no mushrooms, with a side of pancakes. Much to my surprise when I arrived at home and had 2 orders of pancakes but no Big Steak Omelette!!! I used a gift card. I live almost 30 miles away (one way) so I wasn't going to go back this evening. Of course, no one answers the phone so I couldn't speak with anyone. How disappointing!!!!

Typical IHOP food not outstanding with flavor. But hot and edible. The service was good but the restaurant was dirty. Floors and tables needed a thoroughly going over. Also water glasses appeared dirty.
