I love the John Tyler Hwy location. Everyone from the drive-thru employees to the manager is friendly, efficient, and helpful. I can trust the food to be hot and tasty. If I ever encounter an issue, they are quick to make it right. I have never had a bad experience here!

I’ve been to this McDonald’s five times and have gotten the wrong order five times. I know it’s McDonald’s so I should manage my expectations; but this place is an absolute waste of time and money.

I was meeting with a friend for coffee. The usual spots were closed on Monday's. I have coffee and an egg McMuffin. The coffee is good and you know what you are getting with the McMuffin. We were there at 7:30am and no one was eating in except us. Drive thru was very popular. Glad they were available for us to sit talk and enjoy coffee together.
Food was great. Floor was so slick I could not walk back thru place to get back to car .Had to go out side door and walk outside to get back to car. Law suit waiting to happen. Greased mopped floor. Manger needs a separate mop for lobby and kitchen area.
