Terrible service! I’ve order my you pick two with a baguette for a long time but they haven’t been sending it lately and swap it out for an apple instead. I tried to call to see what was going on but they won’t even answer my call!

1. Loud, sometimes obnoxious staff who seem distracted. When customers are dining or studying, it is always certain staff who are unnecessarily loud.2. A heavyset guy who was not an employee came up and told a section of the dining room that it was closing time and it was time to "leave the store" (exact words.)I have never seen that in a Panera anywhere in 20 years of being a customer.He said so that all could hear that he is an instructor, was giving advice about kind of combat nonsense, and was laughing and joking with the staff very loudly for about 15 minutes before closing. This appeared to be irritating two of the people dining near me. Then he and one female got so loud at the cash register area that I had to put my headphones in to be able to concentrate.I got to Panera all over the country and love the menu items. I've never seen any staff being unprofessional or inattentive like this one.But, some of the employees at this one (and their friends and family) are a deterrent for coming here. Others are pleasant and attentive.Very disappointed.
A great place to go with a friend to eat and talk. They can get busy but everyone is friendly and helpful.

Start off by hearing all the drama of the workplace before I even complete my order.After my order was completed I said thank you and no one looked at me or talked to me at all. Just straight up ignored me. Also my sub wasn’t cut and I could not get anyone’s attention. Won’t be coming back.The Bad customer service makes the food taste bad.

The people were nice but the coffee had a distinctly burnt taste, and was lukewarm (at 9:45 AM). I travel frequently and enjoy stopping by Panera for their consistent dark roast coffee. Not here.

Great Panera location. Very clean and the staff are all working so hard to keep everything efficient. Actually met the managers Joey and Shannon who are making sure all the customers are happy and they too are working right along side of team. Love

Always a great place for a sandwich, salad, or soup. Pretty quick service as well.Vegetarian options: You can get a salad or soup for your meal. They do have tuna for a sandwich choice.Parking: Right outside the door.

This Panera Bread location is in a pretty good location of Williamsburg. If you haven't been before, you may get confused on how to get in and out of the parking lot. The restaurant itself is very clean and the baked goods always look fresh. The tea and coffee station is kept very organized. The customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and the food came out fast. The ambiance was perfect. There's plenty of seating, the music isn't too loud, and the individuals working there ensure to keep plates and food off of the tables for the next person looking for a seat.

I wish this Panera was closer to my house because it's the best one in the area! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the food is always good. The only thing I haven't tried is the coffee, but it's on my list.
