A "supreme" pizza was ordered on line. When we opened the carton less then ten minutes after pick up the pizza was awful. It appeared to have been over cooked. All veggies were mush. The peperoni was dried up like a potato chip. This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten and ended up tossing it into the garbage.

Need new staff. There's always some mistake made on their part. The latest being that apparently my order was given away to a door dash driver. I've waited over an hour for pizza only to be told it'll take an additional 25min. My last time ordering from here.

1. The employee answers the phone and aggressively says Pizza Hut then proceeds go say hello with an attitude. 2. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with a coke over the phone around 720pm. The employee said 45 minutes to an hour so I waited until 9pm to call and they didn’t pick up. Not good service at all.

Order pizza from them ..I got no call and they said they attempted to come but noone was downstairs. I been waiting on my pizza for almost 1hour long.. they didnt call me and lied said theybdid and reverse my money back on my card when i was waiting to feed my children. Bad service here!! They DIDNT CALL MY CALL LOG WOULD SAY IT!!!!

Wish there’s something less than 1.The staff here should learn to do atleast the basic. They gave me uncooked bread sticks. No wonder their rating is 2 on google.

When I was told my order had been delivered, maybe to someone but not to me, I was told to "calm down." I am plenty calm, but the delivery and customer service at this place is abysmal. They were sincerely irritated that I requested a fresh pizza. No apologies for their screw up. I will be finding another place to order pizza from. Incompetence and rudeness.

Quality here is top notch. Some places skimp on ingredients to lower food costs, but this Pizza Hut does not. Quality has consistently been high, and I know if I want what they have to offer, I know it'll be done right here, every time.
