Several of us walked over from our hotel and enjoyed our dinner. Some of my party ordered Margaritas, specifically asking for House Margaritas. Later, the bill showed a ~$15 drink charge, only to learn a smaller size was available. When asked why she didn't offer us the size options, the server quickly left the area. Food was good, but be aware of possible covert upselling.

I got the burritos deluxe and they were fantastic. The taste, the presentation, and the portion size was awesome. Some of the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. I ordered thru website and said it would take 20 mins. I placed the order and walked in about 5 mins later and it was ready. The chips were crispy and I also got the hot salsa which also was great. Gonna have to try some more dishes soon.Guy at the front door was very nice, very helpful and had a wonderful personality. Just the few minutes we talked he was real nice genuinely person. This place was great.

The food was overall good. The enchiladas were good and they give you a large amount of food. The food is delivered by a robot which is cool.

After visiting the Elizabeth City location several times, I was very excited to come here for dinner. Unfortunately, it was horrible.I asked for a top shelf, regular margarita. It was disgusting- like medicine. The waiter never asked how the drink was.I ordered a vegan bowl, added spinach. My husband ordered a vegan burrito. His burrito was almost entirely spinach, my bowl had none. So the waiter brought me a bowl of spinach that had obviously been cooked in butter, I noticed after 1 bite (I'm allergic to milk, which is why I ordered vegan.)The bowl also had raw onions and green peppers, and no guac. When I told the waiter, he just looked at me and disappeared. He came back twenty minutes later with a new meal I hadn't even requested. At that point, my husband's drink was empty, I had eaten most of his burrito since it was all spinach, and we had no chips.During that time, I tried to flag down several waiters and waitresses and they all ignored me.The new bowl also had no guac and had raw onions and peppers. I'm not usually a complaining person, but it was like peppers off a raw veggie plate, all crunchy.Anyway, a manager never came by so we had to pay for inedible drinks and food. Horrible. Will never come here again, which is sad since we will be in town for over two weeks.

Meh... no flavor In the rice or beans... chicken is bland... the salsa is good. Perfect actually. That's why they got 2 stars. The food itself is whack. But it's a tourist area they don't expect to see you again... dissapointed.

I love that Plaza has clearly labeled 'vegan' options on their menu. So often, refried beans have lard in them and the rice is cooked in chicken broth. .. which makes eating at restaurants a guessing game.PLAZA has clearly labeled "vegan" items, which is fabulous! ???oh and the fresh guacamole ?

Just OK. Lunch fajitas were a decent portion size but lacked flavor. Our server was lousy. There's lots of better options in Williamsburg.

Nobody listens anymore or pays attention to details. Started with the hostess, and then with the waitress. We asked for a table, they tried to put us in a booth. We asked for the white sauce salsa and we got white cheese, which we had to pay for. Drink glasses went dry before she came back to check on us, and it wasn't that busy. Then we asked for separate checks and she put the wrong food on the wrong tickets, and when we told them about it, she suggested we fix it among ourselves... Wait, what?! Then we insisted it be fixed, she snatched the receipts back and stormed off, without even a sorry, i made a mistake. We love this restaurant, and we haven't had a bad experience here, until now... Food was wonderful as always... Just lacking in customer service skills today... We will still give them another chance at a later date. Sorry honey, no tip for you today. Good Attitude would have gone a long way to getting you gratitude, which is a gratuity also known as a tip.The restaurant should have gotten a 5 star review, but waitress brought it down to a 2 star.

Went there for lunch with my spouse. It was a regular Mexican food restaurant. It had lots of patrons, but the food was just average to me. I had the texas fajitas but the chicken was a bit dry and the steak as well. Perhaps the portions were too thick as I'm used to thinly sliced meat that is juicier. They also only provided 3 tortillas for all the meat and veggies. I needed at least five. I did like the large glasses just like Jose Tequilas in town. I did not like the server bot as it takes away from the servers traditional role and purpose for tip...call me a traditional. I would call this place average but food needs to improve. I give it a 4 because of the atmosphere and unique wooden tables and our server did not make any mistakes.

Didn't bring the lemon we asked for. Waited an extra 10 to 15 minutes for those. Food arrived hot and timely. Wait staff seemed busy, but we were one of three tables being waited on.Over all, not bad experience, but could have been a little better.
