Awesome customer service evertime I'm in to eat.Delicious food with plenty to choose from and always taste fresh.

This used to be good. Now tortillas are so thin you can’t even pick up a burrito without it falling apart. They were out of guacamole. Seriously? And the chips used to be the best. Now they are tiny little tasteless pieces of grease. Everything was very bland and tasteless. What a disappointment. And turn the music down so the people behind all of the acrylic can hear your order.

$4.35 for tortilla soup and this condiment sized cup is what I received.

Al I have to say is, “I’ve misssssed Qdoba!” I’ve been a fan favorite since 2001 in Colorado. I’d drive for miles to enjoy the delicious adobo chicken and enchilada soup!! Staff at this location has excellent customer service which is rare these days.

I am a local delivery driver and just wanted to share my experience with you. My order was supposed to be ready by 7:03pm. I sat there and waited, was not even greeted. A gentleman came in and ordered after I was here waiting for an order that was already set in place to be ready. They took his order and got him out the door and still I am waiting for my order. This is ridiculous on how you guys treat your customers that order through apps. Why are you making them wait and us as well?

A restaurant similar to Chipotle. They were still very strict on the rules of covid - must wear a mask and plexiglass sneeze protection. The staff barely spoke English but were patient. Good eats after a long day at colonial Williamsburg.

I regularly eat at Qdoba as it is my favorite Mexican restaurant! I live in the Northern VA and always receive top notch customer service and very fresh, seasoned great quality bowls but THIS location is subpar to say the least! I was in the WBurg area because we were visiting family and I was overcharged for 3 side rices. I asked the initial lady again for 3 side rices as she was taking out a regular bowls. I only needed rice because our parents had already made us chicken. For one rice we did add beans, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream BUT $10 for that?! The rice had hard pieces it was cold and didn’t have that Qdoba Cilantro Lime Rice flavor. The second lady who rang up the order tried to justify the insane price stating I had 8 ounces of rice per serving which is absolute BS as once again I go to Qdoba very regularly I don’t see the bottom on the bowl once rice is added! and I also stated well if that’s the case why would you serve me something I did not ask for but once again it WAS NOT 8 oz of rice. Also may I add neither of the ladies greeted us when we walked in. I’m

I really like Qdoba in general, but I have been to this location twice, and this is the worst QDOBA I have ever been to. The burritos were fine, but the customer service was horrible. The owner is extremely rude; not really sure how this location is still in business. I will not be back, and will take my service to Chipotle down the road (even though I prefer a Qdoba burrito over a Chipotle burrito).

Empty on a Sunday afternoon for good reason. Dining room is more of a storage closest, not very clean, and refuse anyone not wearing a face mask regardless of vaccination status. Avoid this place, head on down the street to chipotle(less than .5 mile) or one of the many other fast service restaurants. We headed down to chipotle and they had a long wait, Meanwhile Qdoba is empty...management might take note snd make some adjustments to their strategy if they ever desire in person customers.

Food always great and service was fast. Only downside is they don't serve beer, but that might be a statewide thing.

I work in Wmsburg and stopped here to grab a late lunch. Walked in and it was empty. YES!! 3 people working behind the counter…….and not one greeted me! I stood at the counter while worker 1, who looked to be a manager, said NOTHING to me. They were prepping bowls or something near the register - nothing that should have kept them from acknowledging a customer. Worker 2 said something to worker 1…but not to me. Once worker 2 was ready to take my order, I then got a ‘hello’. The remainder of the experience there was unpleasant and not welcoming. I took a minute to look up at the menu clearly unsure and never was I asked if I needed help or had questions. I doubt I will return to this location. Huge disappointment.*worker 3 was on the grill cooking with their back to me so I didn’t expect them to greet me.

Fantastic alternative to the disgrace of a Chipotle in the area. Kind staff and generous portions, 100% recommended.
