No reception...waited over 10min to greeted and that was after I ask the bar tender if it was self seating. Then, an additional 5 min. For someone to take us to a table. There were only 6 tables occupied, so I was not sure what the issue was. Once we were seated everything was fine.

i always try to look at the positives but i just dined here and it was one of the worst experiences i have ever had at a restaurant. i went in with a party of 5 with the main intention of having crab legs. keep this in mind: there was maybe 4 small parties in this restaurant including my party. 3 members of my party ordered alcoholic drinks (2 being the same order) and they didn’t have the right things to make the drink, which was extremely disappointing. 20 mins after ordering my crab legs our server told me they had run out of what i wanted…crazy. the manager was very rude and dismissed my complaints. in an attempt to correct this major error, they comped my backup order and gave me a free sundae for my birthday. with none of this being in our waiters control, i paid and tipped and left. needless to say i would never come back to this restaurant or any red lobsters in the future. i am extremely disappointed and hope nobody else has to experience this type of service.

Me and my daughter went to red lobster in Williamsburg Virginia. We had a server name Xavier. He was great and I told him he was a great server because I am a server and we need more people like him

Slow Monday that should have been easy. Got 2 unlimited chowder, salads, and biscuits and an order of calamari. Server forgot about us on multiple occasions. Saw everybody else’s food come out in reasonable times just we sat there empty handed for the longest time. Items were missing and didn’t get our biscuits or calamari until about 10 minutes before we left. We were there a decent while just sitting there and our server was nowhere to be found. I’m never one to complain but we were not happy when we left. Pretty sure we were overcharged to top everything off. Food was good but not with $70!

GB1220A. ms.spr.ly/ReviewSiteContctUsForm Thanks!I can only speak on the service. My Red Lobster in Roanoke closed a while ago. Hated that, was my favorite restaurant bar none. Short story, aI have a gift card so I stopped for lunch here today. I ordered my favorite lunch fare the Sailors Platter(BROILED), Manager wouldn't let me have my fish broiled instead of fried period. Would not elaborate, I said I would leave, and did. Manager didn't mind one bit. Really wanted that scampi. I read your reviews now. Wish I had read beforehand.

Seeing the Lobsterfest commercials we decided to go to Red Lobster for dinner. A meal for 5 was over $220.00. The food was good but nothing like the images in the menu or adds. The lobster on my surf & turf was more like a large crayfish. The service was the bigger problem. Our server did not come back to check on drink refills not once. We had to call her over. My wife's fish & chips was supposed to come with slaw. It wasn't delivered. When asked where it was we were told they didn't have any prepared. We then had to ask, can we get a replacement? And then they did bring a different side. When paying this amount for a meal, the service should be excellent in my opinion. At this restaurant it was not.

My sister & I went here for lunch. We should have left when we saw the hiring sign for ALL positions. A couple was in front of us & said they had been waiting to see someone so they could be seated. I was going to find someone & as I started walking, a lady came & seated us all. Approximately 7 tables were filled. We ordered 2 mixed drinks & a water to start with. They brought biscuits & they were cold. We asked for butter & was told someone would bring fresh biscuits & butter. The waitress, Dyiamond was the ONLY person serving all the tables while 3 other women were doing I dont know what. I honestly felt sorry for her. We never received the fresh biscuits, butter or water the entire time we were there. Decided not to ask for ketchup because we didn't receive other items. Mixed drinks were NOT made by a bartender. My Lobsteria tasted like straight coconut rum only & the Long Island Iced Tea tasted like chemicals. Then came our lunch. My sister ordered fried shrimp & french fries & it was fine. I ordered the Southwest Shrimp Bowl. The shrimp was over done & there was no sour cream or Pico de Gallo on it. Those little side salads don't come with meals anymore. They are $1.99 now. The bowl was taken off our ticket because it was incomplete. As a former manager, I believe that if you can't run a business due to shortage of staff, especially no bartender or obviousy cook because my meal wasn't complete, maybe it's better not to be open. Dyiamond was working extremely hard & was kind & apologetic to everyone. She deserves to be recognized.

Red Lobster has a rewards program or so they claim. Receipts I upload half the time are never credited to my account. Beware and hold on to your receipts.

The restaurant and staff are very nice. The only bad comments we had were the tile floor in the bathrooms and in the lobby were very slick.
