I had a hamburger, which was good, but I had a side of mushrooms that could have been better. The batter felt warm, but the mushrooms were cold. I also had a turtle sundae. For the price, it was small, but tasted very good. My husband had a Chicago hot dog, onion rings, and a peppermint shake. He said it was all good, but the hot dog was very small. I felt it was very pricey for what we got.

This was way overpriced frozen food. Not good at all. All ice cream is soft serve. Small portions.

Cute little place with a very nice staff! The milkshakes were a hit with the kids and they were kind enough to let us fill up our water bottles with water before hitting the road to drive the couple hours back home.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids and the menu looked very kid-friendly.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had the hotdogs, and they are the best I have had in the Williamsburg area! The fries are equally as delicious! Can't wait to go back! Cheers!

When reading the menu I thought the cheeseburger was hand pattied. No that appears to be the hamburger. The cheeseburger is a fresh grilled. Well that is the case. The burger I received was more and likely pre cooked/frozen and heated in the time it took to toast the bun. The order did arrive pretty quick.

Nope. Overpriced and not good. Hamburger was awful. And literally the definition of a club sandwich is a sandwich on 3 slices of toast and cut in quarters. This was on 2 small pieces of bread. Onion rings were greasy and undercooked.

I had the chicken quesadilla and it was amazing, was very big, and had lots of different things inside.

I mean, it's ok, nothing special. Kinda easy to warm up a hot dog, put it on a bun, dump a bunch of relish on it and call it a Chicago dog. Having said that, the ratio of relish to dog was obsene. Had better tasting dogs at the hot food line in Costco (seriously). Frozen custard tasted like chocolate powder was just added and none of my 4 kids could finish the small sized cup. The ice cream sundae was almost tasteless. There's just no effort here in terms of food quality.

Two stars for value but it's so close to the W&M campus you sort of expect the price inflation. The place is family run, efficient and clean. Not a tremendous amount of seating but there are plenty of patio seats available. Got burgers, a BLT and fries and a limeade. The burgers were nothing to write home about. The fries, limeade and the bread for the BLT were of good quality. Paid $55 for three people which wasn't reflected in the quality. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back but if you need something quick I. Downtown Williamsburg it works (if you can afford it).

Ordered take out. They asked me to pay when I arrived and would then let me know when the order was ready. They did and I left. Once back to the hotel I realized that they left out two items we had ordered, but they charged us for them anyway. Don't pay until you receive the order and check whether your order is complete. It is too easy to do that when your order is in a bag neatly tied, but easier to check in the restaurant. Few people likely go back so that's an extra $15-20 per customer. My fault, should have checked. Food was good and establishment had a nice vibe. I'd still go back, but won't make mistake here again.
