I lived in PA for 40+ years and have eaten at almost every decent Philly Cheese Steak shop between Philly and Harrisburg. Tip: The best Philly cheese steak is in Harrisburg and Hampden Township.Rick's makes a pretty good cheese steak. The rolls aren't quite as good as Philly Amoroso rolls. But they are dense and support the cheese steak well. Nice crust and chewy texture. High quality meat and lots of it! Most beef I've ever had on a quality cheese steak. I prefer provolone, onions, sauce and light hot peppers. Rick's mixes the cheese into everything on the grill, including the sauce. I prefer the sauce poured over the steak in the hoagie roll. Sauce maintains it's flavor that way. But all in all, an excellent cheese steak.French fries were slightly under done. Need to be crispier with more color. Fries are large crinkle cut.Server was friendly and efficient. Knew his product well. The restaurant was clean and bright. Apparently it has been recently remodeled. Steady stream of business on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of parking.We'll be back!

WOWED by these delicious cheese steaks! My family had ordered cheese steaks and they were amazing! I have been to Philly and these definitely give them a run for their money. I was wowed by their flavor and amount. You can tell they knew what they are doing to make a real cheese steak by the way they cook the cheese into the meat rather than layering it on the sandwich, this ensures every bite is cheesy and meaty! I will say to place your order early as we made 2 different orders and the second one being later during the dinner rush was a bit of a wait but still worth it! Definitely will be grabbing another one of these before leaving the area!

Ordered takeout last night and WOW! Called in my order, spoke with a very nice and helpful man…20-25 mins…upon arrival the food was ready (2 lg. cheesesteaks, 1 lg. Italian hoagie, and 2 kids meals).Got it back to my family and as we all sat down and opened our sandwiches/meals we knew we made the right choice!Super soft and tasty bread, sandwiches were piled high with the delicious offerings, and the quality of ingredients were excellent…so flavorful, not greasy at all, and freshly made…We are staying in the area for a week, and already have every intention of ordering again before we leave…Btw, I’ve driven to Philly for cheesesteaks and Rick’s may actually have the best one I’ve ever tasted!

My daughter picked me up an Italian sub or, as us New Yorkers, say Hero.It was absolutely delicious.It's definitely one of the best i had. My wife got the chesse steak sub, and she ate the hole sub.
Went for a lunch date, this place does not disappoint! Located right in the heart of Williamsburg! No reason to head to Philly for a cheesesteak, Rick’s is the real deal! The portions are enormous, and the ingredients always come out fresh and fast. Their bread is always fresh and delicious! Got their bacon cheese jalapeño fries this time and it about put me in a coma!

Definitely a jem ? the service was fast the food was fresh and plentiful not only that it tasted great. They're working on the building or something it seems but I can tell everything will be perfect when it's done. I live in Norfolk VA. I'll be back
