Waited almost 2 hours for a mobile app order. All employees minus the manager walked out mid-shift. Would have left after the first 30 minutes waiting, but I know that I’d have to contact corporate to get a refund. Contacted corporate anyway and was given a free Route 44 for my troubles.

I’m had the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger. Was so delicious. Cooked perfectly, burger was moist, bun soft and flavor was perfect. One of the best burgers I’ve had in Williamsburg. Next visit I plan to try the peanut butter burger. I love to try new things!

I used to like Sonic but now I find it way overpriced and the quality has dropped. The bun and vegetables were not very fresh for my burger. The price just is way too much for the quality won't be back. Also pulling in between menu boards felt extremely tighter than the last time I was there I think they have crammed in at the newer locations more of these so they can serve more customers. We had to collapse both our windows so we could fit in and it was really tight and we're only in a Ford flex

Roach leg served in food given at Sonic drive thru 1/24/24. We were all very repulsed. Called the restaurant 5 times, they never answered.

Food was as expected. A good fast hamburger. The staff delivering the food was friendly and efficient. Sadly one ordering stall was blocked off because someone hit the screen-but that hit also left the stall to the left unusable but it was not blocked and both the car in front of me, then myself tried to use it and move to another stall further down. But upon review, several of the screens showed damage and made the narrow stalls even narrower. There was no payment option at the screen, which meant you have to give your credit card to the delivery person-they disappear to go run the card-and bring it back. In today’s era of credit card vulnerabilities -it was not appreciated

My boyfriend and I stopped by for a blue raspberry slush and oreo cheesecake shake. We were served quickly - great service! Both of our drinks were delicious. Highly recommend this location and look forward to visiting again.
