It took them about 7 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink. My pancakes, eggs, and sausage were delicious. You can choose between sausage patties and regular sausage. My husband had the regular sausage and I had the patties. Both didn't disappoint. I'd come here over IHOP any day. Also, they sang "Happy birthday" with a choir vibe. . . It wasn't a boring happy birthday song that restaurants usually sing. Highly recommend this place. Our only complaint with the fruit bowl is that the blueberries in it weren't fresh.

I have been trying hard to eat healthy, but was craving a waffle something terrible. We were in Williamsburg and rode by Southern Pancake House. We pulled in and knew immediately we had made the right decision. The staff was very friendly as soon as we walked in. I was amazed by the menu! So much to choose from. We decided to be VERY bad and picked several things from the menu. Everything was delicious. The waffle was the best I have ever had! Our waitresses name was Jennifer. She made our experience! So friendly, helpful and fun. All I have to say is try this place out and make sure to ask for Jennifer. If she doesn't put a smile on your face, no one will! Thank you Southern Pancake and thank you Jennifer. You made our day!

The only thing better than the Chicken and Waffle was the service. Dotty was awesome. She checked in with us several times, but never hovered. We were also asked by another server how we were doing. Everyone there was treated with respect and honor (there was a young man with developmental disabilities and he was treated like any other paying customer).

We enjoyed a hearty breakfast, with GREAT service. Our waitress, Jennifer, was friendly and knowledgeable. Our pancakes were ENORMOUS!! We loved the fried catfish and are looking forward to returning soon.

The greatest place I’ve ever been to, the pancakes were truly amazing, as was the omelet, the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Very friendly, and the food arrived in a good time.

I tried this place whikw staying locally. The food was absolutely disgusting and overpriced. I threw it away. I ordered scrambled cheese eggs and chicken and waffles. The eggs were fried then it looked like someone threw a cheese slice on top. The waffle was soggy and the chicken was chewy and under seasoned. All overpriced and I will not return.
