I am giving this review just to forewarn anyone who uses the mobile app. I placed an order and the app said it was in progress. When I arrived at the location their toaster was broken and they were out of the type of sandwiches I ordered. I paid for it via the app and had no way to cancel the order. The gentlemen working had no way to help me because he said he never received the order on his end. I reached out to online customer support and even though I received an email response, no one addressed my refund and to this day, I have not gotten my money back.

Trial Error

The guy who made my sandwich, Allen (white guy with tattoos), did an incredible job! Amazing customer service and a true "sandwich artist". He was patient and crafted the perfect sandwich, making sure everything was even and to my liking. Most Subway employees give you the typical fast food attitude but this dude just set the bar so high and was truly a joy to order from. Thanks, Allen!

I’ve been coming to this subway for the past few years. I have gave them a few tries. Ever sense new ownership took over this place sucks!!! The bread is not fresh, stale and chewy. Cookies are always burnt and the sweet tea is never right. They do things backwards In This subway, I get rung up first then they make my sandwiches . The management is terrible and this place needs to get it together

I usually love this subway & have never had a problem with them however this time was a bit different .. the servers didn’t have hair nets on and that kind of threw my fiancé & i off but we just looked past it.. so my fiancé ordered her regular which was the chicken with American cheese , onions , mayo , and ranch .. I ordered my regular which is a spicy Italian I just Don’t get any sauces on mine .. so when she took a bite of her sub she said it tasted weird .. I advised her just Don’t eat anymore but she insisted on giving it another taste so she did and could not finish it. We started heading down the road where I had to abruptly pull over cause my fiancé had gotten sick from her sub. She suspects it was the mayo or the ranch that was bad but hopefully no one else experiences this.

Terrible with new ownership! We have been dedicated patrons every Wednesday for two years!! Now we will never go back. Stale bread, terrible service. Not clean....basically save your money!!

This Subway restaurant took my money without providing me with my food order. I placed an order on the Subway app at 8:03 pm. I walked up to the store at 8:11 to pick up my order. I was shocked when I went to open the doors and discovered the doors were locked. I could see the employees inside were tearing down and cleaning up. I knocked on the door to get their attention. One of the employees gave me a hand gesture that they were closed. I held up my phone with my Subway app open showing them I had placed an order and was there to pick it up. They opened the door for me to come in. I told them I was there for my food. He replied they were closed. I looked at their door where their hours were stated. It clearly showed they close at 9 pm on Sundays. The app showed they close at 10 pm on Sundays. The app allowed me to place an order at 8:03 pm to be picked up at 8:20 pm. I explained to him about the app and his door hours. He told me repeatedly they were the new owners, and that they have not updated their hours yet. He told me they took over on July 12. It is now July 30. That is 18 days to update your store hours. I told him I was not leaving without either getting my food or getting a refund. He told me the best he would do is make my food for me first thing in the morning. I was clearly there to get food for the evening. How is making me wait until the morning supposed to make up for their mistakes? I told him I wanted my food now. He said he was not going to make my food. I asked for a refund. He told me there was nothing he would do and that I could cancel on the app. I looked over the app and saw nowhere to cancel my order. This whole situation is unacceptable. I have been going to this Subway for years. It is in a great location. The previous owners/workers were great. This new ownership is terrible. Where is the customer service? There was no empathy. There was no trying to resolve my situation. He was telling me to leave and come back in the morning for my order. What kind of service is that? The new ownership has already received multiple negative reviews on Google. I cannot believe the night and day difference between the old and new owners. I went back to the store the following morning, July 31. The same gentleman offered to make my sandwiches. I told him I did not want sandwiches anymore now that it was the next morning. I asked for a refund. He was unsure if or how he could do that. He called someone on the phone. He told me he just spoke to his COO, and they would mail me a check. He took down my name and mailing address. It has been two weeks, and I still have not received my refund. I filed a complaint on the Subway website. That was a waste of time. All Subway did was forward the complaint to the very store I was complaining about. I want a full and expedited refund. I guarantee I will never use this Subway again as long as the new ownership is running the place. This Subway is going to hit rock bottom. You are going to see more negative reviews of this place. It is a shame because it is in a great location.

8/10/23, 10:45 am. Terrible service. Ordered online for pickup. Waited the allotted time, went to shop to pickup. When I walked in, the one staffer was sitting and eating. I asked for my order which she said never came in. When she got to the register it magically appeared. I have very limited time for lunch and had to wait another ten minutes for it to be made. What's the point of ordering online? I was offered all kinds of reasons why it was not done yet and offered no apologies.Parking: Tone of parking free in the lot

The employees don't wash their hands after coming from outside they just put on new gloves which sent a red flag and they're really not customer friendly 2 me they all seem preoccupied with other things 2 do like talk on the cell phone the food was good at least they did wear gloves but I won't b returning 2 this particular Subway ever again sorry not sorry

What a terrible experience. I placed my order online for three subs. When my husband picked them up and brought them home only one of the sandwiches was correct. One of my turkey subs had NO turkey. My cold cut was supposed to be meat and cheese only and ended up with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and a dressing of some sort. The order was supposed to be ready by 7:25 and it was nearly 8:00 until it was finished. After waiting so long there was no way I was going back to wait for new sandwiches. We will never visit this location again.
