I went in for one subway and it took the workers 20 minutes to make it with ONE person infront of me due to them talking and joking around. The bread I got tasted old and burnt. I asked for it to be toasted and the sandwich wasn’t toasted properly either due to the machine malfunctioning and the workers didn’t care. I got one sub and a bag of chips and the total came to 20 dollars. What has happened to subway. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back here again.

Sign says the store opens at 8:30 a.m. I arrived after 11:00 a.m. and the store was closed with nobody inside.

Unfortunately I was served cold chicken.. cold as in it is still frozen. The kid making my food recognized the chicken was still frozen, asked me if it’s ok if he heats it in the oven.. but it is unfortunately still cold and somewhat frozen. Nothing grosser than frozen meat when you’re expecting HOT. Along with that, the sub was poorly wrapped, see the attached photo. I was not given a bag to take it out in nor napkins or anything. And then… I was charged the wrong price. The board said $10.50 or something close to that, less than $11, but I was charged $12.99. What’s that about? If you advertise, I expect to be charged the proper price. Overall the service was decent enough, the staff were not rude but were clearly not trained properly/trained well. I certainly won’t be back to this location, sorry guys. That frozen chicken was downright nasty.

Don't have alot of the items on the menu. No organization behind the counter. Over charged for for a meal and couldn't figure out how to correct it. Very disappointed and definitely will not come back.

This one is a bit disappointing. I usually buy wraps and the meat and other filling is always well distributed, but this guy piled everything in the middle of the wrap, was very skimpy on the cheese, along 3ith everything else, like he was rationing it. He had to be asked repeatedly to add more veggies. I won't be back to this one if he's there

To go orders should be treated with the same respect as someone walking in. I'm not understanding why some not all restaurants put Togo or delivery orders to the side as if the order isn't a customer. You should value each order as they come not take care of every walk in just to please them. They will understand it's not a big deal. I understand that you are understaffed however, an order is an order.

Its annoying that the register prompts for a tip on every purchase. Why would you possibly be tipping? It's fast-food and the person simply does their job just like McDonald's.
