Love this spot. Great location and our little one wants to visit ALL the time. This is the only place where she will try different things.Kid-friendliness: Everything is open and ready to enjoy. Whatever the kids wants they can have. They charge you by the ounce.

Was upset at the music selection. set here with my 5yr old and heard multiple songs with profanity.. As a Christian in a Christian facility i expected better

Do not want to go back. First time at Sweet Frog and my last. You should put plastic over spoons and hand them out instead of sticking them in the cups without asking your customers. People are coughing in your establishment and you are touching everyone payments and not washing your hands. Nasty. Then after mentioning to them, they decides to lecture you afterwards about saying something to them beforehand. No one can read your mind to know you would stick a spoon into my cup. Cover your spoons or ask beforehand. Save your lecture.

The two people that were working here are so nice, and I really enjoyed my go to- tart original frozen yogurt topped with fresh strawberries, mochi, and Nutella.

My daughter's absolute favorite place! We've frequented this place numerous times, and it never disappoints. The staff is consistently friendly, and the wide range of topping choices and yogurt options is impressive. The store maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere, making it an all-around great experience for the family.

We've gone here quite a lot but today the older lady owner had an unacceptable attitude towards my husband. She got upset with him because water came out of the out of order machine (he didn't see sign that was improperly posted) so he had to throw away the small cup. She didn't like that and told him so. It was only worth a few cents so why get so upset. Her attitude got even worse when we showed her their "No Weigh Wednesday" text where a full small cup was only $5. She should not be the one at the front register dealing with the public/customers. From now on we will go to MENCHIE'S instead!! We heard they have great customer service and great froyo!! :)
Delicious frozen yogurt with both interesting and common flavors with a plethora of toppings in poppers. Definitely going back soon.

Probably the owner who was there being absolutely rude today. I had both my kids with me under the age of 2, as I’m trying to watch one and make his frozen yogurt he grabbed an m&m and i told my son he could not touch that. I was not allowing my son to to just grab anything, if the man was listening to me parent he would’ve heard that rather than tell me i need to watch my son and began to lecture me with an attitude on how i need to watch him and this place was his home or something. Truly didn’t make much sense, but he obviously doesn’t have children of his own to have scolded a parent on how to watch their child when i was doing the best i could with one hand. I’ve never had a problem coming here but my suggestion is be very careful with your children touching stuff or they will begin to lecture you on how to be a parent. Absolutely ridiculous.
