This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced orders are always wrong one day I sat at the speaker for 15mins with no cars I drove to the window they were open but no one was there to take my order I'm never going back to this

ordered a beef burrito supreme. NO BEEF. ALL BEANS A SMALL DAB OF SOURCREAM ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE 6 BUCKS I HAD TO PAY FOR IT. TACO BELL IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE.

I got a bout of food poisoning from this place that took me out for two days straight. Not only are the staff practically nonexistant, but I suspect they're using out-of-date ingredients and/or exercise poor food handling/hygiene. Avoid eating here at all costs if you value your health.

Do not go to this taco bell, service is horrible you will be waiting forever and never get food if you are here expecting a late night bite forget it.

Went inside to order, no one talked to us. One guy behind in the back making food looked at us then kept doing what he was doing. Stood there about 10 minutes with no communication, no hey, thanks for coming in. Obviously they could care less about customers coming in. The drive through may have been more efficient. Not inclined to come back, my business is not needed nor desired.I saw another review that mentioned paying them more. I'd say nay nay. They don't wanna work for the pay, then cut their pay. 20 year ago I made 5.50 an hour and I busted my but to earn that. If you already have the job, then you signed on for it at the agreed upon amount before getting hired. Do the job you signed up for and stop acting bothered when you're expected to do said job. Don't like the job, then quit.Other jobs when you poor perform, you get a pay cut, hours cut, or demotion.

I've seen a lot of mixed reviews for this Taco Bell. That being said, I went there today around 5:30 and the food was freshly made and given to me in a timely manner. That's honestly all I ask for when eating at a fast food restaurant and they met expectations. Thank you.
Visiting from Pennsylvania. Shout out to the three employees running this location on a Sunday morning. The food not only tasted so good, the food looked like the food in the commercials. Our new favorite taco bell location.

Ordered food and got home and the entire CHEAP bag split in half and all of the food fell on the grass. Nothing was wrapped properly so all of the actual food was on the ground. They literally never have a single car in the drive thru or parking lot. It was my fault for even going there.

Lady in the drive thru was extremely rude and confrontational with me. Instead of working toward a resolution she insisted that I get back in a long drive thru line just to get the food that she had in front of her. She had a disgusting attitude and 0 customer service skills. I would say that perhaps Taco Bell needs to raise their pay in order to get quality team members, however traveling to the Taco Bell on Richmond Rd, I have not had this experience.
