I went to this location at least once a week for nearly 2 years, for the most part they never let me down, they were always friendly, however they would forget little things from time to time(cinnamon twist, cheese for nachos, sauces, straws, napkins, etc.) which would be annoying, but never anything so bad where I wouldn’t come back. Also, if someone mistakingly orders carry out instead of drive thru on the app, don’t make them come inside, they, like me, may have trouble walking and just made a mistake. If it is “policy” then please review it.Otherwise, thank you for taking care of all my orders thru those years.

It was slow there so I won't speak to the service but the staff were very friendly.I'm writing to appreciate and encourage the user-friendly set up of the store. Now when lines are busy it might be a problem but the general principle of keeping the napkins and the sauces close to check out should be duplicated. ?️

The driver did not leave our order where we asked. They left it on the ground, in the dirt, in a location that we had to hunt for it like a Easter egg. The bag was open on one side, the sticker was ripped. We were missing Cinnabon bites. Not a good

I went thru the drive thru on sat sept 30 and order two party packs I should have known their was going to be a problem at the beginning when the lady gave me attitude for ordering two party packs my total ended up being $50 when I gave her the money she commented ugh stank.. so I confronted the girl Lindsey who said this comment and she was like no I just said it stank I said that’s not professional at all when your in front of a customer and not nice to say about someone or their money just cause you have a attitude you have to be at work actually working ! I asked for a refund and told her I didn’t want it and she refused!

Horrible service. No communication from servers to let you know systems were down and to order from kiosk. No call out of name when food was ready. Acted almost hostile in the way they did speak when asked a question. Won't be back.

Once last week, once this week I drove thru. Last week the drive thru was closed, this week they are only taking cash and was informed if I have to use my card I have to come in. No thanks, I'm in a hurry. Went somewhere else both times. Fix your problems Taco Bell.

I realize standards are low for fast food. (Except at Chick-fil-A, wonder why) One still must take some pride in their work. Particularly, feeding people. I used to frequent this place a year ago and it seems to be different staff. Very friendly and clean. However, my tacos were just thrown together, sloppily and we're cold. How much do these folks have to be paid for the m to prepare decent food? Seems, there is no amount. I'm a black man and it's sad that when I walk in a fast food place and see all of my folks...I expect poor food and service. Usually I will leave. There's a reason Chic Fil A is so far and above all other fast food. They don't hire a certain demographic. I worked in fast food when I was 16 and I refused to send out horrible looking food. That was me as a child. These folks would rather talk amongst themselves rather than provide good food. Truly embarrassing. I'm not paying the prices they charge and your staff can't put a decent taco together. Then have an audacity to ask for higher pay. Trifling!
