The server, Jayden, was the most kind and patient person we've ever come across while eating out. We came in final hr from travel and my girlfriend and I were indecisive about what to order. Jayden was extremely patient with our order, kind and knowledgeable about questions we had and made sure to keep us up to date on the progress of the kitchen. His hospitality was exceptional at closing hours. We feel very lucky to have crossed paths with him during our visit out of town. We appreciated his manager Chris being so friendly and very kind to seat us upon our arrival. We recommend this restaurant during your travels. Wonderful service!!!

This evening my family decided to order a family meal for takeout. We spent 100$ on the chicken and shrimp combo. What we got was trash. The chicken strips were little shrivels of chicken. The salad was only half full. The fries and shrimp were also half full. Inflation sucks. considering when we ordered this during the pandemic we spent half the price and got double the food. This is pitiful. Also news to servers you are not entitled to a tip. You earn tips. When a customer walks in to pick up their order and you instantly complain that's called trash customer service. You are in the service business not the how can customers hand you money business for not doing a job. Grow up!

What an awful experience. Nearly empty restaurant but we're surrounded by tables covered in dirty plates and glasses - no one bussing tables. Waitress brought the wrong appetizer and didn't even say hey sorry about that. Food was over-seasoned. Really sorry we decided to stop here. Would have left if we hadn't been starving.

Came in on a Sunday night, food was clearly old and had been sitting for awhile.Mashed potatoes were overcooked, ribs were burnt and dry. Cheesesteak egg rolls had zero flavor and more eggroll than filing. Very dissatisfied. Left more food than we ate.

Think twice before you order to go here or check your meal. I was looking for a place to eat after traveling and wanted to relax. So order online and pickup my order. Everything was good except my drink wasn't ready, the waiter ask the bartender for my drink , the bartender just shrugged off the waiter, so he made my drink for me. It was about 10:30pm so it was plenty of time. I finally got my order and now ready to settle down until I cut my burger in half and the inside was pink, my ticket clearly says well done, so I don't know what well done means these days, because this restaurant is not the only one. I called the restaurant to talk to someone and after numerous attempts finally someone answered the phone. The young lady offered to redo my order, so I said ok, now I have to travel back to the restaurant now it's close to midnight the restaurant is really about to close. Picked up my order, got back to my place cut my burger in half looks good, but when I bite into the burger the outside edges wasn't cooked. Not happy at all threw the rest of the burger away. So think twice if you're ordering online, definitely check your meal! I want be using their online ordering from now on.

Terrible.. GO anywhere else... I'd like to give it a MINUS rating. First of all the place is freezing cold to were my daughter was down right shivering. The manager has no idea how to delegate as there were 2 other servers working there yet she still ended up having to take orders and run the food as they seemed incompetent. After being seated we waited 10 min for someone to ask if we'd like to order. Then he had to wait on the waiters pen. There is only ONE pen in the whole restaurant?? Once someone did come over I asked if we can please order drinks and food at once to which the server said it will be 5 minutes until I can put your food order in. What? What does that even mean? While taking our order he asked us "would you like the chicken seared" on the sandwich. We looked at each other in aw..."you have to cook chicken fully! At that point we should have gotten up and left. All in we were there for 1.5 hours for lunch, and all we ordered was a burger, chicken, sandwich and a kids mac and cheese. Makes me sick to my stomach places like this exist.

On vacation stopped by after vising the outlet mall on 9/10/23 for dinner and I wanted to leave after I seen numerous tables stacked with dirty dishes on them. Waited a long time to get our food my boyfriend's sandwich was wrong. The waiter caught it brought back his plate ,sandwich was still wrong . I seen a lot of people not working when they should of been washing dishes. The bathroom was filthy. The only positive thing I have to say the waiter was trying hard to fix everything. I don't know how that place is still open and will never eat there again.I also want to add the restaurant was practically empty

Bathroom a mess. Only one waitress and cook. Supposedly everyone calls off or comes to work late and leaves the new waitress by herself! But she was excellent, taking care of 7 tables.

I will pretend to ignore the fact that a restaurant at 5% capacity took twenty minutes to even be recognized by staff when we walked through the door…that should’ve been my first clue at how poorly managed this TGI Fridays was, but to my regret, I waited. This restaurant just simply does not get busy enough to excuse that. There’s never anyone there. Now I know why.Who owns this establishment? Does this burger look appetizing to you? Absolutely disgusting. You can taste the freezer on all of the food. I’ve had a better burger from a gas station that was microwaveable. The mozzarella sticks came out with lukewarm, still-hard cheese in the center. How can you serve food like this, at these prices? I’d have told my waitress if I saw her more than once. 58 dollars, and I went to a McDonald’s after for a better burger. We all left hungry. Our drinks were filled once, and we had to waive someone down to get it done.You’ve got a lot of bad going on here, and not a lot of redeeming attributes. You’ve got seating right next to the kitchen, (when the entire front doesn’t have anyone in seats) and the foul mouths of the staff can be heard where your guests dine. I don’t want my child hearing that kind of language. Especially when I’m paying for it.You’ve got waiters walking around sagging their pants and struggling to waddle with drinks in their hands because they don’t appear to own a belt. I didn’t know entertainment was included with the dining experience, but it was better than the food.The owner quite obviously doesn’t care, because if they’d look at the other negative reviews, with guests complaining about the same thing… you’d figure that would motivate the owner to do better by their investment. Perhaps it’s time to throw in the towel? This can’t possibly be profitable as an establishment, in Williamsburg. It simply costs too much to run a business to be this bad at doing it.The attitude of your employees is a direct reflection of leadership. If this was my business, I’d be so embarrassed that I’d shut the doors until I had a manager that was capable of running a small restaurant with only 9 guests in it. The only person worth their salt, and the busiest person there with four guests was the bartender.That one star is for your AC company… it’s the coldest AC I’ve ever felt, hands down. Probably 55 degrees at our table? Truly exquisite.Avoid this place. I feel like I was robbed of $60 for that food.

I waited for 2 hours just for some wings that didn’t look that advertising. The temperature in there was terrible. It was so cold inside this restaurant it was insane.

Food was great! Initially short staffed; as time progressed staff began to clock in. Hostess/server was very nice and apologetic for the short wait. It is unfortunate that reviews are so low. This location was clean, food was excellent, and staff was super friendly. I would definitely return.
