Delicious spot for lunch. The sandwiches are all made to order, so you might a have a little wait when it’s busy. But it’s worth the wait. We found a table downstairs in the cellar, where you can have a glass of beer or wine. I’m glad we stopped in.

The staff here is warm and welcoming, giving off a vibe reminiscent of a family-run establishment. The gentlemen exude a sense of ease, and the array of offerings is diverse, with plenty of options, including a wide selection of sandwiches.

The BEST SANDWICHES in my life!!! I am a darn good sandwich maker, so I’m usually skeptical…. I had the ham and cheese, and took several bites of the Italian sandwich and chicken salad. All of them were AMAZING!!!! Omgosh!!!! The BEST!All so different from each other, in every way!! The counter service was NOT the best, but I got over it, after my first sandwich bite ? ?

Always a place to visit when traveling to Williamsburg !!Picked up some cheese for a friend and got a snack of cheddar cheese and a Boylan Ginger Ale.

It was a good sandwich but you have to pay extra for tomato and lettuce. You also can't get a grilled sandwich here. But they have a lot of cool things to buy in the shop

I used to love coming here as a student I 2000-2005, and now that I'm diagnosed celiac I was thrilled to see I can still be accommodated with gluten free bread! The turkey with sprouts and provolone cheese is to die for. I used to get it on French bread and add house dressing. Now I just force my fiance to have the dressing and bread ends and I can live vicariously through him. Crossing my fingers that future iterations of house dressing can be made gluten free! For now it's awesome just to have the gluten free bread. Thanks cheese shop!

Always great, like seeing friends. My go to sandwich shop. Can't get anything like it anywhere in town.

Food was amazing! Highly recommend the prosciutto, provolone, and marinaded tomatoes!! Great selection of wine down stairs.

Great food and fast service! It can be a little confusing if you haven't been there before but locals and staff will help you out. Allergen free options available
