I couldn't get enough of this place! I came here two nights in a row, the shrimp scampi was that good. The lobster tails are so well prepared, and the side veggies are fresh. The wait staff and hostess are super nice and recognized me and said hello. It is clear they make visitors welcome and I really appreciated their food and hospitality.

We went with 4 adults, and 2 children, we got 2 appetizers, 3 adult meals and 2 kids meals, the 2 pastas we got were absolutely disgusting, tasted like rotten fish. Everything else was unseasoned and mediocre at best, cocktails were full of lemon seeds and sub par. we didn’t eat the pastas or drink the drinks and asked for the manager, they only took $40 off the bill after being rude and insinuating that we were just trying to get free food. And quickly took away the plates of food. We didn’t eat, but didn’t clean anything else or bring any other kind of service besides taking back what we didn’t want to pay for. It was disgusting garbage we didn’t want it anyway. and they charged 20% gratuity on the OG bill so she got a $34 tip for nasty service. And they kept offering us extra plates, which they charge $10 apiece for. Save your money there is so many restaurants in Williamsburg. Total bull was $158 after they took off the $40 and we all left hungry and upset. 0 customer skills

Wonderful restaurant! Transparent pricing, variety of dishes, Ben our waiter was great! He's very knowledgeable, prompt, polite and his dish recommendations were fantastic! The Salmon with dill sauce was THE best I've ever had, worldwide. Sides of Red potatoes, and coleslaw were great. Fresh made key lime pie was delicious.

We were staying at the Marriott, right next to the restaurant. The reviews looks good so we decided to eat there. This was this past Thursday 3/14. One of their specials which was advertised on the board outside was Stuffed Founder $27.00. Since I had some snacks earlier, I wasn't that hungry. We told the waitress that we would like to split the meal. She was extremely sweet, and bring me a extra plate. We had some scallops and the meal. Got our bill, we were charged $41.00 for the meal. When we asked why are we being charged that amount instead of $27.00 like advertised, she told us that's because we split the meal. Now mind you, the meal came in one plate. I had to split it at the table using the extra plate that she brought me. I just can't wrapped my head around it, like how do you charge someone an extra $14.00 just to bring an extra plate?? BTW, the food was basic, not tasty at all.

Even though my dad and mom eat here occasionally, it's been 10 years since we decided to come here as a family. We selected this restaurant for my mother's birthday since she loves seafood. Called to schedule reservation, talked to Steve (the owner) and him and his staff were very accommodating. He allowed us to arrive 45 minutes prior to 4pm since we had a group of 25 to 30 people joining the birthday dinner event. Steve called while I was driving to the restaurant to get the final count of people. We arrived, door was open, they showed us to our tables and we were met with their nice and friendly staff and Steve introduced himself as well. When my dad arrived, Steve said, I know his man (my dad). 2 servers took our drink and entree orders. Drinks were served, salad, soup and appetizers were served and then entrees. I really enjoyed the new England clam chowder, the garden salad and ranch dressing and the chocolate brownie with ice cream and hot fudge. I chose the pan seared trout as my entree and red potatoes and broccoli to go with it. My family all chose a variety of drinks and entrees. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the service. Just before we finished eating, the electricity went out and others waiting to be seated at the front had to wait for power to be restored. I don't know if and or when the power restored but one of our servers took pictures of our group outside in the parking lot in front of the whaling company sign on the restaurant. Highly recommend this restaurant!

The great service couldn’t make up for the stale bread, mushy broccoli and crab cake that tasted more like red peppers than crab. Very disappointing.

So we were told that they had early bird lunch specials so we're like we gotta go there and try it. True enough you sit at the bar and can order shrimp appetizers and such from a list for a special price from 4-6pm . It advised a half pound of shrimp for around $6-7.00. I was like great were in. Nope. Baby shrimp came out and the quality was poor. I compare the quality to what you cook yourself from Walmart. Guess I was expecting more because we close to the ocean.

4.5... inside temperature was chilly. You should not have to wear a coat for dinner. Except for that it would be a 5. Excellent food and service. Prices were surprisingly low. Seafood fixed the way it should be. Trust Eddie when he recommends something, he was excellent.
