Food was really good: Rack of Lamb and Salmon entrees Service was poor. We reserved a table 730 PM arrived by 715 PM seated by 740 PM. Waiter introduced himself, gave us menus and specials and left for nearly 30 min or so. We never saw him pass. We asked a guy about service and then waiter showed up. He told us he had a demanding table - uh place was nearly empty they close at 9 PM. We finally got iced water and bread & fancy knives for our butter as he said - finally brought to us. He spoke to us although we were little kids "cleaned our plates" as he kept saying ..we left a $10 tip..awful manners Ambiance was beautiful decor

The food was fantastic. The service sucked. The guy didn't even bring us bread or ask us if we wanted a second round of drinks.

I came to Way Point for Easter Brunch by myself since I am away from home for the military. The staff were very courteous and welcoming. I decided to sit at the bar since I was solo. Brandon was the bartender and he is AMAZING! Only later did I find out he was also a manager. He was very kind with great recommendations and allowed me to vent about being away from my family on Easter. Met the owner along with managers and other staff. It was a great time. It did get a bit warm inside but the second I mentioned being warm, one of the managers rushed to get the air on. This was apparently to the staffs delight as they were all grateful for some AC! Had a wonderful experience and many thanks to Brandon, Tina, and Chris for a phenomenal time! The buffet staff clearly put in a lot of work for todays event and I appreciate the amazing food they prepared! I will make it a point to stop by here whenever my travels bring me back to this area which I hope will be sooner than later!

We had my husband’s birthday dinner here in March. The service was fantastic and the food was wonderful. For dessert our server thoughtfully added a single candle for his dessert.

We are in town for two nights and are here last night. The food was great. The service was just lovely. The She-Crab Soup was the best I've ever had. This is a quiet place, and has a very pleasant dining room. Definitely stop in if you want to have a nice dinner in a quiet atmosphere. This is a good place if you want to have a conversation!

Food is great. Didn't look like much, but worth the try. Service is great, ambiance is more like a sports bar. A bit loud, but we were not looking for a fine dining experience. Prices were tolerable, but a bit pricey for the location. I would go back for the food

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Waypoint Seafood & Grill during our anniversary weekend in Williamsburg, and it turned out to be one of the many highlights of our trip. From the moment we walked in, we were promptly seated in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant offered a quiet and intimate setting that was just what we were hoping for.Our server, Don, truly elevated our dining experience. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and genuine kindness made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout the evening. Don's recommendations and insights were appreciated and contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of our anniversary celebration.Every dish was spectacular, but a few stood out as true gems. The Cioppino was one of my personal favorites. The seafood was perfectly cooked and the broth rich. The Calamari was a delightful surprise, crispy and tender, paired with a zesty dipping sauce that added the perfect kick. And then there was the Bread Pudding Ice Cream, a heavenly conclusion to our meal. For anyone stopping by Williamsburg, Waypoint Seafood & Grill is an absolute must-go. Thank you to the entire team at Waypoint for making our anniversary celebration truly memorable!

My FIRST Po Boy sandwich ever was among the best ever. Service was amazing, the ambience was perfect and I left relaxed and satisfied (the vodka martini helped). Definitely will be back.

From the moment we walked in, we were very favorably impressed. The staff was courteous, professional, and did their jobs with smiles and enthusiasm. The food was absolutely outstanding. And the service was even better. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time and can't wait to go back.

We were celebrating Mom's 84th birthday. We wanted a special dinning experience for Mom and that is what we got. Everything was great; the food, the service (Andy was delightful! Truly made our evening over the top, fun!), the atmosphere, everything! We were very happy all Waypoint Seafood & Grill provided.

Went to Waypoint for business staff meeting, and ordered off Prix Fixe menu. Plenty of choices and with a party of 7, everyone had their choice of food and enjoyed the options. Nice to have a close place to gather, and handle business while eating a good meal and conversing together.
