Very good sandwich shop. A nice variety to choose from. I often use the app and just pick up my sandwich. Clean store. Everyone has been pleasant and polite. Plenty of parking and seating.

Wife insisted on driving 30 minutes from Newport News for me to eat here, so here's my review. The cashier seemed a bit nervous, might have been new, (I hold NO shame here) but rather friendly and polite. According to the receipt he was server WW416.The price seemed a bit high for a sub shop. $51.33 for a super sub + large sub + fries + chips + 2 large drinks (though I did get the fun "souvenir" cups). I was traveling to Williamsburg on vacation. I found this place online and tried it. What a pleasant surprise! They do loads of things differently than a typical fast food place. They do not use napkins here, they have rolls of paper towels. You order your sandwiches on a long brown paper bag, which is then used to package your sandwich after it is made.
