Me and my friend had lunch at this location. Food was so delicious and perfectly seasoned. We ordered the chocolate cake and it was a delight for my mouth...it came with an ice cream scoop. My strawberry margarita was so refreshing. The waitress service was outstanding and very attentive. The restaurant is a bit outdated but very comfortable for a nice meal and conversation while eating.

I brought my clients here sometime ago and we had a wonderful experience. Our waitress was AWESOME!! So when we returned today and found out that we had HEATHER again today we were thrilled. What an awesome personality and she is so accommodating and patient with my clients which I truly appreciate. Way to go Heather and thank you Applebee's for the great food and awesome service

Found hair in my food. Server didn’t even apologize for the experience or offer to replace the meal. Part of payment was taken off but not enough to cover the meal that wasn’t even half eaten. Server ran out of restaurant accusing my family of not paying the bill. Keep in mind my family was the only black family in the entire restaurant. Overall just an uncomfortable experience. I won’t be returning.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We went there for late night drink 2/23. When we walked in the whole looked at us like we weren’t supposed to be there, including the bartender. She had such a bad attitude, and did not speak until spoken to. She did not want to make me a drink, and seems to have purposefully made my mojito & the other drink awful. There was not a drop of sprite in it, just syrup and soda water and whatever alcohol. I would have rather been told she didn’t want to serve me for whatever reason, and I would have gladly taken my business somewhere else. I will absolutely NEVER go here again this was the worst experience I have ever had going out. We ended up going home after that and not finishing with the rest of our plans. The only reason I’m even taking time to post this is I wish I didn’t even pay for the drinks and told her right then how awful the service was that’s how bad it was.

Restaurant was not the cleanest and four cheese pasta with honey pepper chicken wasn’t very good. I did not taste any cheese at all, bread stick had a strange flavor and chicken was overcooked. We will not return. Definitely a waste of $17.50 plus tax.

Regular chain food but what is going to bring me back is the amazingly friendly service. Servers take time to get to know you here which makes it feel less like a chain and more like a mom and pop. Had the house Long Island Iced Tea and was not impressed...either don't get the cheap stuff or go with the beers...can't go wrong with a beer.

I generally love Applebees, but our visit to the one in Winchester Virginia was the worst. We were traveling and stopped for lunch. We ordered the 2 for deal of chicken tenders with onion rings. The onion rings were delicious but the meal was horrendous. The french fries were very rubbery as in not done. Such a strange texture actually. And the tenders weren't even edible. Couldn't bite them and could barely cut them. So very dry and over done. I'm very disheartened.

Unfortunately wish I could say better about Applebee's. For my younger child we order the chicken tenders with fries. When it arrived at the table the honey mustard had a old soggy chip sticking out of it. We informed the waitress who never even apologized but said I'll get you a new one. Never will go back to this location.
