The Arby's app sent my order to a store 5 miles away even though I was sitting in the parking lot of this store. You can't cancel an order so I had to drive 5 miles to pick up.

Stopped Monday evening 12/18 First time eating at this Arby’s and my son and I ordered 2 completely different meals I ate mine at 6 pm and by 7 pm I was felling really sick. He woke up during the night feeling sick. We got a severe case of food poisoning From this restaurant. Not sure what caused the problem that got us sick but very bad experience for a first time customer.

I just experienced the best customer service from the young lady who waited on me at the drive-thru at the Arby's on Hope Drive in Winchester. Sunday morning around 11:45 a.m. (I didn't catch her name). Just wanted to leave this review and let the manager know that she's an asset to your company because of her customer service skills. Thank you.
Was wanting some arbys and a big disappointment here this time. Used to be good. But tonight my powerade just tastes like syrup idk how its gross undrinkable. My sandwhich just tastes like they poured salt all over it. And the fries are luke warm and does not taste good at all. Will not be coming here again.
