This is definitely not the Bojangles I remember. I ordered a 20 piece family meal and the chicken was under seasoned, the fries were over seasoned, the rice and beans were over seasoned and the tea wasn’t sweet. The only items that were good was the coleslaw, the beans and the biscuits. The service was professional and fast and the restaurant looked clean from the outside from the drive thru. Very disappointing because I was really looking forward to the Bojangles of old. I won’t be going back to this one but maybe I’ll try another one to see if the food has changed everywhere.

Great service always when I come through the drive thru they handed me my food as my payment was going through and it declined,didn't have another payment method and they let me keep the food and run to the atm so i could still eat without my food getting cold if you are around definitely stop at this bojangles great food ,great service !!
The chicken was soggy and the biscuits was hard and dry. Rice was very cold . And my mom had to take back the coleslaw because is was frozen solid .

I tried it because people hype up their food but to me the only thing good was the fries. The chicken was a little spicy, the gravy was nasty and the biscuits were dry and unflavorful.

I believe I had hyped this up so much that I disappointed myself. Traveled about 90 minutes to get there. The food was good but not extraordinary. The mashed potatoes and gravy were my favorite. My son loved the Mac and cheese. The best part was absolutely the sweet tea. I bought half gallons to bring home. The best I have had from any fast food place. I would definitely recommend this place. The service was great. The chicken has a great crunchy outside. I would say going during peak hours to ensure freshness. That was my downfall.
