Went inside for a to go order. I was 2nd in line and was 100% ignored by the cashier & apparent new new person. I watched the cashier help car after car. The person ahead of me had most of her order except a missing a kids meal, for more than 5 minutes she kept trying to get some help. When she was rewarded with some attention, the cashier went on a fact finding mission to prove it was not her fault. I then had my order taken, i paid. On the order screen, I watched the elapsed time click by. It hit 6+ minutes. I got my bag and got out of there. Got home, found I was missing a double whopper! Well, I'm not happy. I tried to call but no one answered. Too bad, I've been eating here for many years.

I ordered through the app and was charged for the order but showed up to a hand written sign saying "close." it was 10:20 pm and closing time is midnight. Was promised a refund from cust service and never received it over a week later. Also, same if they don't have the items ordered on the app. Your tough luck, no refund. No care given. Avoid this company. They will steal your money.

The classic chicken wraps were good. The cookies were hard even though I asked to wait for fresh cookies. They said they weren't making anymore tonight gir just one person. They gave me chicken fries instead of cheesey bites then the employees argued over who messed up my order. They fixed it but the manager said she couldn't refund my cookies so she asked if I wanted cash. She said, "Here. Take your $3." When I pulled off I realized that it was 2 crumpled up bills. I have never had such horrible service from this Burker King. They are usually a great experience. I was highly disappointed tonight.

Mushroom burger was ice cold! Sour dough bread WASN'T toasted. I called the manager! Very disappointed ?
Honestly, this burger king shocked me. I came in with low expectation and came out pleasently surprised. The order was accurate, hot, fast, and the restaurant was clean. We've been back a few times and so far it's been the same each time. Way to go!

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru to place order only to watch employee cussing loudly another employee in front of customers in resturant and in drive thru. Will not waste hard earn money here again.

I order 3 Double whopper bacon cheeseburger and I seen they were making them with No Gloves On. I would just like to know that they are being clean while making food and that management is on top of these type of things. I personally won't be ordering food from this establishment again.
