I am a frequent customer at this location, although I tend to come late right before closing. Everytime I come I am always met with a positive attitude and friendly people. This particular time, although the interior needed a bit of cleaning (tables and chairs needed a wipe down and the soda machine area was filthy however not the employees fault when other parents let their kids do whatever they want) my experience was beyond amazing. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. My food was out in 5 minutes or less and was cooked perfectly. 100% my favorite. This is definitely my go to.

The worst experience ever at a Burger King. Very rude and angry manager. Total disrespect for customers. She slammed the tray on the counter so hard that the fries were thrown out. Then she threw the receipt at me. What is wrong with you? Did the same to customers before and after us. If you are the franchise owner of this location, check your logs to see who your manager was at 7 pm on Saturday 9 September 2023. You need to educate this manager in customer service.

Kid taking order today in dine-in around 130pm did not have the ability to ring up 2 King Jr Double cheeseburger meals. Kept asking about bacon and we just had to leave on the 4th time explaining the simple order. Then he was extremely rude to us when we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Also, the dining floors are covered in a grease residue where it is obvious they use the same mop water for the dine in floor as the kitchen floor making it dangerously slippery when it rains. Won't return.
Employees just wandering around. Actually had to point out that my food was done and getting cold. I've stopped here twice and this has to be the worst BK there is.

The food was good, service was good but the floors were a mess! By the pop machines. It was so sticky and slippery, it was awful. It didn't help where we sat down that a customer spilled an entire huge drink and they used a broom to sweep up the ice and then I guess were getting a mop. But the floors were disgusting

The most DISGUSTING Burger King I've ever eat in. Customer service is non existant. Stood there several minutes before someome came to take my order. The kitchen was extremely dirty! Every surface, including the floors, was sticky. The floor in the kitchen area was covered in scraps of food, old napkins and condiment packets. The metal table where the burgers are assembled was dirty and full of grease and food scraps. I watched as my burger was thrown directly onto that dirty metal surface. The drink station was covered in flies and sticky. The floor at the drink station was covered in flies and sticky. Ketchup station...sticky. Every table...sticky. I wiped off a table at the window and sat down. Flies and gnats were crawling up the window. There were flies everywhere. That was it. I threw my food away. This place is absolutely filthy. Every single surface in the establishment is filthy. I will never return. Who runs this place??? How can you NOT see how nasty this is?? I saw one older lady (I'm assuming is the manager) leaning up against the wall...chatting and drinking her drink.Figures.
