The last few times my wife and I have been here, we are definitely not impressed. Either the food was cold, rice not cooked all the way, or out of half the options. Im sad to say, but Taco Bell is better, and I am not a fan of them either.

After taking 40 minutes to make my online order I get home and realize that they didn’t give me the kids drinks for my kids. I paid extra for the watermelon drink for me and my husband and didn’t receive those instead ended up with soda. I also ordered a sm queso for 3 dollars and ended up with a sm container but half way filled. I expect more especially when I’m spending 60 dollars for dinner for my family.

I used to like chipotle but not after this experience, waited over 20 min for fresh steak because they couldn’t get me a scoop from the drive thru counter. I was overcharged for guacamole even though it was advertised as free on leap day, they said I needed to use app, which I tried but this store doesn’t show up on the app or map correctly. Our food was cold and gross after sitting out on the counter for so long. To top it off the children working in this store were rude and disrespectful

Heres a genius idea. Make more fajita veggies. Tired of coming in and always being out. Prices arent cheaper and the bowls arent getting any bigger. Be prepared, geniuses

Maybe your employees need to know you don’t have to be Spanish to speak Spanish.My wife and child were there and asked for extra hot sauce when the employee referred to them as petty white people in Spanish unbeknown to them, my daughter speaks/understand Spanish.

Came at 1030 thought this place was open till 1100, as I tried to get in and knocked the workers ignored me, so won’t be coming here anymore service seems to be pretty bad. I understand not wanting to serve 10 minutes before but 30 minutes before when it says it’s open till 1100 and me wasting time driving here is pretty annoying. Thanks for nothing.
