The service here was extremely slow. Was denied counter service and told to use a kiosk to order one donut off the rack. Took them 10 minutes to get that donut off the rack.

Zero Deadshots

Ordered a toasted everything bagel with butter and they gave me the toasted bagel but the butter was in a packaged cup on the side. I was the only one in line; I get being understaffed but that’s just lazy.

every time i come here i really wish i hadn’t. one of the slowest places you could ever go to on purpose, you have to set aside 30 minutes in the drive thru every time even if there’s no line!? anyway they get my coffee order wrong even though it’s on the menu with nothing added. they didn’t have any doughnuts today he said NONE. and he “didn’t have time” to give us a refund and just said to just use the app, when the app doesn’t even give you a refund option. waited 25 minutes to get nothing i’m so tired of this place. definitely never ever coming back learnt my lesson for my last time and going to starbucks down the street even though it’s more money. jesus christ

Hubby & I stopped, waited at the counter for about 10 minutes, finally our turn - only to be told to use the kiosk because they were short-handed. So, why not post a sign at the counter? I told her I am "kiosk-challenged" - she didn't care :( We left, disappointed, empty-handed, and hungry. Can't rate the food, didn't have any.

Always very slow and lady at window early in the morning very very rude. I waited ten minutes with one car in front of me to get to the speaker. I pull up to the speaker and the lady says in sarcastic tone " I will get to you when I can" no hello no nothing. This place is a joke.

Everytime i go here there is a problem, but this one takes the cake. I ordered a simple mocha coffee through the app, when i get to the store nobody is behind the counter for atleast 5 minutes ( this is very common, sometimes longer), an employee named kenny slowly walks over and has no idea about the order, he then said the coffee maker for making the mocha was down for cleaning. I said i just want to get a refund then, he said i have to go through the app. i asked him how i do that and he waved his arms in the air and said i dont know, with no care at all about helping me in the slightest. The app connects you to a virtual assistant and tries to give you 1/10 the price in points. There is no way to talk to anyone i cant get a refund. only recourse is to leave this stupid review wasting more of my time. its just the principle. customer service is dead. They will take your money and not give you the product while wasting your time repeatedly. this was just one of the many horrible experiences i;'ve had at this location.

I LOVE Dunkin Donuts however they have been messing up our orders and it really upsets me. I realize they get busy and sometimes short handed. It’s things like no sugar and cinnamon on my Carmel craze, no cream cheese on my bagel, Dunkin we love you just PLEASE take a minute check over orders to make sure they are correct, thank you for all the good please fix the bad

Today at 1:20 pm I pulled up to the drive threw. I was the only car there. I waited 5 mins for someone to take my order. No one did, so I pulled up to the window. I asked the lady who was working if she could take my order. She said no and that I needed to place my order at the speaker. I informed her that I tried but no one was there. I’m not sure why she could not take my order. I was disgusted at this point so I left. The service at this location is terrible.
