This was a terrible Dunkin. Can't actually really review the food or drinks because I couldn't even get anything. The one worker was pulling out the register when I walked up and said the "other lady" would help me. I stood there for 10 min and no one came. It was like 12:30 in the afternoon. No one working, no one helping a huge line of people. Very odd.

Terrible , rude service from young girl , dirty blonde hair with glasses. Said she didn’t care about service. Ignored me for a while , finally acknowledged me. Said she hated customers.

No idea what the ice cream or donuts are like. Very poor customer service and no signs giving directions about where to place an order. The place was not busy. The employees were 'busy' chatting amongst themselves. We left after waiting around at both service areas for a number of minutes, essentially being ignored.

Stopped in on a weekday afternoon for a quick ice coffee. Had to wait at a deserted counter since there where no workers in sight. When one finally appeared she seemed annoyed that she had to work. Then she made the wrong coffee for my wife. I won't be going back to this one, I would hate to make them do their job...
Yancey was super helpful and personable. She made us breakfast sandwiches even though they had finished hot food for the night. If it wasnt for her kind act we wouldve been without coffee and food on a late night drive!

We believe that the national 'crap-service' convention was being hosted by this Dunkin' Donuts. Food and coffee were up to expectations. The two care-nothing, eye-rolling employees were stunningly bad even when compared to todays expectations. The two behind the counter were a perfect combo of apathy, attitude and cynicism. Quick service at drive-thru. Courteous and friendly staff. Drive-thru audio terrible. Speaker noisy and hard to hear. Server could barely hear me. But he was very nice about it!

Y’all I am SO SORRY I was in your bathroom after close I should have checked how late you were open— the sign on the highway said 24hrs. Either way employees were nice, bathroom was super clean. 10/10 would stop here again LOLOL
